    Hmm, I've been wanting to pick up a mosin for a while now to mess around with.. Anymore picts? closeups of the bolt assembly and such. I see them for dirt cheap at local shops. Are they good shooters?

    Here's a pict of me from this past fall. I do a lot of design for Smirnoff Vodka and they were a partner in the latest 007 Casino Royale Film. So we all did up ourselves as Bond villains to go along with a lot of the Promo materials that I designed. My wife says I have issues... She just doesn't understand me

    Guys, I've got most if not all of the tools already. That part won't be an issue. I just want to make sure that I order the correct parts. I was looking at this trigger group on midwestarmory.com Ak G2 US Trigger Group. has anyone ever used this before? If so, are you happy with it?

    Guys, I've been scrubbing the site looking for an actual list of pieces that are needed for the .223 conversion. Yes, I finally got the hammer pin off It came off so easily. I feel like a maroon. Anyway, if anyone has a list of parts i.e trigger, hammer, etc. Thanks In Advance, Chris

    1 more question I've already got the safety removed from the gun as well as the other pins. Will this have any affect on removing the hammer pin?

    Thanks for the advice guys.... I'll give it a shot later on tonight... I won't let it get the best of me Considering that I'm still at the easy part of the conversion...

    I noticed that the hammer pin was moving back and forth and tried rotating it with a pair of needle nose pliers but no luck.... I sat there for a good 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get that #@$%& out.... I'll try again later on today. -Chris
