If the guy in the video started knocking them out for the MKA 1919 -- and they were reliable -- clearly, he'd have buyers. I think the new T&N offering is pretty neat. It's nothing overly exciting, but I added a couple of "Impact Weapons" Triglides to the padded Blue Force Gear slings on both my MKA 1919 and my .458 SOCOM. With the Z-360 sling mount from Tactical Link, I'm able to go from a two-point setup to a one-point setup quickly on my .458 SOCOM... and I'll be adding the same item to my MKA 1919 shortly. I ended up getting Blue Force Gear (Vickers) padded slings for both my MKA 1919 and my .458 SOCOM. I used Midwest Industries "Heavy Duty Flush Button QD Swivel" (four of them, of course, from Brownells -- 100-008-814WB), a VTAC-RSM for my SOCOM's forward mount and a Midwest Industries "QD Front Sling Adapter" for my MKA 1919. The latter I mounted to the top of my Tooth and Nail Level 10 handguard at the farthest position forward. I really like the slings; they were easy to set up and they're very easy to use. I never had an issue, installed easily... but, thankfully, quite firmly.

I put one on my MKA 1919 and liked it so well I put one on my .458 SOCOM. I'm using Magpul CTR stocks on both; on the 1919, I have the VLTOR RE-2 tube, on the rifle I have the VLTOR A5.

Thanks for the answer on the sling, Matt, much obliged. With regard to your red-dot sight... maybe you should look into a DeltaPoint or the Trijicon RMR.

Thanks, YamaDog35. I have no interest in a single-point setup. I've been thinking about the bottom two in your picture, particularly the middle one of the three in the photo. With the middle one, mounted on the top rail, I'm thinking I'd have "hand clearance" to work the side-charging handle (as needed). I hadn't thought about mounting it underneath.
