  1. Mark, I actually do have 5 Saiga-12s for sale, and they really are $1500. And since you actually posted "I'll take it" first, they're yours. I'll take Money Order, or $1750 Paypal. PM me Here Congrats!
  2. Just bought 2 of the lighter pucks and two of the gas selectors. I have the older model gas selectors in my 12 and 20. My 20 is a bit finicky with 2 3/4. If this makes her reliable I will sing it from the heavens.
  3. I love my 30-06 saiga. I love that I have one of the few that made it here.... U jelly?
  4. My worst case scenario is more "OMG S-12's can't be imported" hype BS Topics.
  5. Guys, I know this isn't a Gun, but I figured you guys might want it. I have a 14k gold necklace. The necklace weighs 2.76 troy ounces. or 50.38 pennyweights or 85.97 grams. 14k is 58.33% gold (14k/24k = .5833) Gold prices can be followed on http://www.goldprice.org/ As of this posting, gold is at $1371.80 per ounce or $44.10 per gram. 85.97 grams * 58.33% * $44.10 = $2211.45 worth of gold at scrap value. 2.76 oz * 58.33% * $1371.80 = $2208.47 The chain is in perfect condition and could be worn by a taller/larger individual. It's a bit long for a 5'10"
  6. Al, I did some googling... and here's a link to your property so people can see the relative area etc. I eye-balled the corner points from your map you provided above. Hope this helps you! http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=30.652757,-104.818672&daddr=30.651594,-104.820925&geocode=&hl=en&mra=mift&mrsp=1&sz=16&sll=30.650115,-104.816802&sspn=0.01355,0.030727&ie=UTF8&ll=30.650429,-104.813089&spn=0.01355,0.030727&t=h&z=16
  7. If you want to shoot accurately at longer ranges, the .308 will offer a wider variety of high quality ammo. 5.45 is almost exclusively surplus or steel cased russian ammo. .308 can be purchased in match, hunting, and fmj rounds. It's more expensive per round and is easily hand-loaded with modern equipment. 5.45 can be purchased in fmj, is cheap, some is corrosive, and you can't hand load (as far as i know) .308 is good to 900+ yards Some states will not allow hunting with sub .22 cal bullets. 5.45 is sub .22 cal. Keep that in mind.
  8. No one? How about does anyone want to buy the Trigger Guard WITH AR-15 grip? $55 shipped. Let me know. I'm 99% sure it works on the rifles too as I have it mounted on a 20ga.

I agree. One of my good friends cant even get a job at Lowe's. And my Uncle has a Masters degree and every interview he gets they say hes over qualified, or are all excited to hire him until he leaves the interview. The economy does suck.

I know lotsa companies that work ya for 8-12 years then let ya go for cheaper local labor...it just makes sense from a business standpoint...no matter how much it blows.

  14. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=57044 I really don't care if you believe it or not. If I hadn't done it, I wouldn't believe it. Also, my "Spotter" was a stranger I had just met with a Rem 700 all tactical'd up for "long range" shooting....
  15. Honestly, i put a 6x fixed PSOP with drag reticle on mine and I couldn't be happier. Can get the mount and scope for $140ish. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=57792
  16. What types of features are you locked out from?
  17. LOL. Ok, in my will it will say "My saiga .308 goes to Bean.223 on the Saiga-12 forums...." let's hope this site is around in 50 years.
  18. Fixed it for ya. FIX FAIL. 30-06, 308, 7.62x39, 5.45x39, catshit-one, 12ga, 20ga.
  19. Actually. Proper eye relief is right on the rubber. The scope doesn't even come close to touching you.
