Pictures of War Protest in Portland, Oregon.

Recommended Posts

These pictures are from a Portland, Oregon war protest in which portestors(presumably made of the "peaceful" and "tolerant" Left) burn an effigy of a U.S. Soldier and an American flag.

They don't even have the sacks to show their faces.

Here's one from another part of it (?). Note the white banner. Cute, huh? Yellow fuckers.

Man, with those bandannas over their faces they look a lot like those Jihadist retards who burned an American Flag (and themselves) up in Saudi or wherever.

Matter of fact, on many levels, they look like those Jihadist retards....

GET A ROPE.........

With disgust for their pathetic excuses for humanity....

As my son said before he left for third tour, (volunteered) If it wasn't for the whinners, weisels, and wackos who only care about themselves, or their blame America ( selfish socialist agenda). It would be over by now. Our enemies know to many selfserving asses who will sacrifice the innocent to protect themselves. The only real mistake was trying to be politically correct in the fight. P.S. I was there for Haliburton (KBR) in 2003.

Oh, they have the right to be stupid, yet are diffently over using the right given to them by the sacrifices of others.
There's an old saying - It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove any doubt.

The troops don't make policy, they follow orders. Showing disrepect for the people that selflessly offer up their time, efforts, limbs, and lives in service to others is foolish, and it only discredits their position.

I don't see them doing that in front of my house. That'd be anarchy for about 20 secs. until the lead quit flying.

Fuck ......the troops? FUCK THE TROOPS???!!!

There are no words that can describe the cold rage I'm feeling right now.

I hear ya man.....I'm not a soldier, but damn, that is so far beyond acceptable....

I want to believe pic that to be photoshopped, but i suspect there are people that stupid out there....

I am not a big fan of the leadership these days, but the troops enjoy my full support, with the caveat that just because they are following orders does not mean they are above the law.........warriors and soldier are supposed to have honor.....i know that may not be true of our current enemy, but we sure as hell shouldn't sink to their levels.....things like Abu Ghraib worry me, but again i think those things happened with approval at some level in our leaderhsip and the soldiers paid the price.

Sicken me as it does, protesters have the right to speak their mind.....and it is the right that makes this nation great, not subject matter they address with it.

"It's the soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of the press. It's the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It's the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It's the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. It's the soldier who salutes the flag, serves under the flag and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who gives the protester the right to burn the flag."

I'M A VETERAN

I stood up, I showed up, I stepped forward, I raised my right hand,

I stood in the gap, I walked in the fire.

I did not run, I did not hide,

I did not dodge, I did not evade.

Consequently...

I have nothing to prove, No one to convince.

Those who matter already know.

Those who don't, never will.

That is NOT freedom of speech.

Agreed, It is ABUSE of freedom.

Too many people confuse freedom of speech for a right to be heard. Wrong. You can say whatever you what but I don't have to listen. Your right to speak ends where my right to walk away begins. And there is no speech involved in burning the flag. You're burning everything America stands for and it just irritates me to no end. Sorry, it's just really a sore point with me.

You KNOW we are on the same page with that one.

I signed up and was willing to give my life for all Americans regardless of their beliefs.

I just wish "they" would respect in what I believe in as much as I try to respect their rights for what they believe in.

Take it to the ballet box or write you congress person. But respect the Troops!

I wonder how many of those loosers are actually registered voters?

As a veteran that really pisses me off. It looks like a bunch of college kids running around with nothing better to do than start some shit on a subject they have no clue about. I'd be happy as hell if we had the same setup as Israel. EVERYONE would do a short stint in the services to help learn and protect the country they love and live in. If you don't like this counrty....move the hell out and don't come back. As it's been said a thousand times before.....Freedom comes at a price.

we had some shady types burn a flag the morning of 9/11 here and dance around on it. not only are both brothers either dead or crippled for life (not sure which, dont really care), but thier store is no longer in existance. it was burned to the ground that night and has since been replaced with a walgreens.

if you burn MY flag, I wont just stand there. neither will my friends family or neighbors. you have signed your own death warrant in my eyes, and I dont give two craps who you are and what the law says.

this is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I think maybe ill go throw a burning copy of the koran (yes, i intentionally misspelled it), on a mosque stoop later. if those fuckers can burn MY flag? I can burn THIER book. I think I will go light the mexican flag hanging at the house in town too, later, while Im at it.

every single one of those protesters have no rights unless they are american citizens. they should ahve rounded em up, checked thier immigration status, and deported every single one of them that isnt a citizen.

you dont know how I am yet about this sort of thing, do you, jugg? read my previous reply carefully.

misty has nothing to do with the anger I personally feel when i see this sort of thing. every single one of those fuckers needs a bullet in the head, college kid, anti-american, revolutionary, immigrant, whatever. dont care who they are.

I have already seen with my own two eyes the police turn thier backs on what they get when its coming to them. granted that was on 9/11/2001, but nonetheless, people and the men and women that serve in all public duties are sick of this type of thing.

And she stand behind those words. I just bought a new flag because my old one was worn out. I took it down, folded it up, and sent it on to a friend that is a member of the VFW and will dispose of it respectfully. The flag is a symbol of everything that America stands for. The freedoms we enjoy and everyone that died for those freedoms. I do believe I would actually get in trouble if I saw someone burning our flag.

This one is for you B!

Do you recall way back in eighty nine

Watching those hippies and these vile swines

Burning our flag like 'cause they didn't care

But that to us it wasn't fair

There they stood they stared with no chance

'Cause we were there bats in hand

The time was right, the time to fight

The time to attack with all our might

Don't you burn our flags, these colors will not run

Don't you burn our flags our colors will never run

We fought to win, we fought to defeat

Laid out bodies is all we could see

You could hear the cries, you could smell the blood

Don't worry it was us kicking some butt

We did them good, we did them right

We did what we do best put up a good fight

Taking matters into our own hands

It's the policy for this land

in fact, I have half a mind to delete this thread right now, actually. this filth has no place on this forum.

Not sure why you'd say that. This is freedom of speech no one here is advocating burning our flag. Just an open discussion. I understand how you feel about it though.
