If you need it done now you can send your safety to us and we will install the extension, re-coat it for $75. email guns@e-tac.us for more info. Small parts turnaround is 2 weeks. I rather pay the extra $10 and get Jammer's part. His checkering on it is sharp as hell, there's no way your finger will slip off it.
