Dudethebagman 222
I'm pretty sure this was decided last year. He went for the 12. This is a zombie poll.
Saiga_rom 91
S-12.. Argueably the most powerful shotgun available and the only gun in it's class that hasn't been banned or DD'd- YET i completely agree. get the s12 first.
ryan6864 11
id go with the 308 you cant beat the power range of the 308, I owned an S-12 for a while but soon sold it off honestly I prefer my mossy 500 you can get pretty fast with a pump if you shoot often. headshot 52
Get the Saiga 308. You have every other need covered, and you need a semi-auto carbine. The S308 is probably the best out there for the price. I love mine, and even without a comp the recoil is nothing. I do have a high-mounted stock, and that helps a lot! gregomega 929
Saiga 12 all day long. reasons: cheaper ammo variances in ammo: buckshot, bird shot, exotic ammo, slugs, flares and if that isn't enough it has a forum named after it.
RED333 1,025
I picked up my 308 first, price. Then a S12. Before the went up ANYMORE.
VR762Shooter 838
Where I am we cant put a pistol grip on a shotgun thats mag fed, so I got the 308 first and plan to get the 12 in the future. Maybe by then we will be able to convert the 12 too
sickness 89
I don't even understand the question. If viewing it as a tool, it's like asking "Should I get a screwdriver or a wrench?" If viewing it as a toy, its like asking "Should I get a pool table or a jet ski?" Only you can answer this. What do you intend to use it for? What sort of shooting do you find most fun? I guess you're just on the fence and really want both but can't decide? I'll help. <coin toss> Get the S12. Edit: damn didn't realize this was a resurrected thread. boooo! Edited January 10, 2012 by sickness
