My Junior daughter's varsity sports award banquet was last night. She received some outstanding awards. First was 2014 ADK League All-East Team Award for softball (plaque). Next was the United States Army Reserve National Scholar/Athlete Award (medal). Then was a scholarship in the amount of $15K per year to one State college, and last was another scholarship in the amount of $30K per year to a different State college.

There is a lot to be said for parental support and encouragement, but I give her tons of credit. She's so much smarter that her mama and papa, and her hard work is paying off BIG time.

Good job. I have three kids all 4 and under and they are my life. When my son says new words or is now starting to put sentences together it's so hearty warming. There's nothing like having kids. It's why I want to keep having them haha.

It is so refreshing to hear something like this as opposed to all the negativity of recent events. Your daughter got what she worked so

hard for because of the values and ethics instilled by loving and caring parents. If I drank, I would raise my glass to honor you and the other parents who take the time to raise their kids, instead of letting something else raise them. Congratulations.
