Just got the Burris Fastfire 2 yesterday,as stated by Vitamink, this things sweet Im still waiting on my Chaos rail but i mounted it temporarily to my other S-12 with a Halo rail.It sits low and lines up perfect with the site plain,not to high/not to low.This things tiny but performs like any larger dot set up.Its well built and the thing i like most is theres very little messing around with it once its sited in. The dot has a sensor that adjusts automatically to the light conditions,its always a perfect dot..also it has a battery saver mode,whenever your done useing the dot just place the p

For house defense,a Remington 870 12ga with extended tube and tac light or a Springfield 45cal with 10rd mag... untill we get to the safe/panic room...then all hell can break loose if they try and enter

So after looking around a bit more the Burris fastfire II seems like it would be a better choice for me with the Chaos rail,at least until Cameron puts out the rail hes planning that extends 4 inchs back further,i just think it looks and aims better when the scopes a bit farther back over the receiver.

I disagree.Im waiting on parts for my stock S12 but its not getting converted,its keeping the factory stock with a new rubber buttpad from a vender here.It will have that socom look with a Chaos quad rail,Magpul rail covers, Surefire light,red dot scope,King Armory puck,Gunfixer plug,US flashider and a quality sling and attachments...only compliant with US mags but ....im itchin to get it done.

Yep,i saw those CDNN ads for $229 so i bought one on impulse,havent lost interest since.I remember they had camo stocked S12's even cheaper for like $209.00 towards the end.When i found out about conversions i ended up with a .223/308/7.62x 39 at the old prices,ive since added another S12 that i paid over double the price of the EAA gun.

I prefure it as i can mount a red dot farther back,i dont use the iron sites anyway.I ordered a Quad rail and will likely upgrade to this setup if the price is reasonable.
