  1. Wotan = German version of the Norse God Odin. Even have his symbol tattooed on my back. Been using it online for as long as I can remember, Odin was always taken by somebody else first, and I'm part German so it works for me
  2. It was in Off topic/Funny so easy to miss. All I wanna know is where do I sign??? http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=39048
  3. Nah even when he was gone for a little bit it wasn't six weeks. I have gotten things from Dinzag pretty consistently the past few months. It usually does take a week or two but that's about it if he's got everything in stock. And I'm pretty sure he's run out of a few things recently, and had to get more stock in. About all I'm waiting on are FSB's and expected I'd have to wait on those. If you're just ordering simple conversion parts I'd think he'd get that out to you pretty quickly. Just do what I do, order and forget. When you come home and find a random box it's kind of like Chr
  4. These idiots LOL. As if insurance companies weren't a big freaking problem in this Country already.
  5. Scott, call me crazy but I don't see it listed on your site anywhere. The top rail for 308 that is.
  6. Found this in another thread.... http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showto...mp;#entry352592 Looks nice if that's it.
  7. Decent debate, thanks for the link. I wasn't a big fan of Wayne when he started, but having seen him a lot this year I'm starting to come around.
  8. Here's some close-ups of the DPH aluminum tri-rail. I'm pretty sure Surefire also makes a 308 front end, but is not aluminum. Like the CHAOS tri-rail, I really like that you can add a top rail to it (once it's ready?) so here we go. Angle Side Top Bottom Disassembled Disassembled Top Hope that helps.
  9. Got to give the millions of lawyers something to do every now and again, they can't all run for Congress. Copyright law, my favorite

I'm just another DIY'er about an hour north of you. I have not done a 223 but I think it's the same as the 7.62. The hardest part of the conversion is getting the stupid pins drilled out and the plate off the bottom. Once that's done the internals are pretty easy, just takes a bit of fidgeting. I have a new 7.62 I picked up on Friday I'm getting ready to take the drill dremel and sander to. If you want some professional help, looks like one of the business members is not too far off... http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=27174 Firearms Sales Co. in Ivor, VA does con
  11. Wow, thanks. That really helps. I'll take some pics within the hour or so, will take it off the gun and take off those side rails.
  12. You can take that small thin flat piece off above the side rails using the allen screws attached from underneath the rails. So pop those off, screw on the new top rail, should be good to go... Once it's made. Sent in my email, tried giving them a call but goes to voice mail. So will just wait for a reply, or will try calling em later if I don't hear anything today.
  13. Not the best, still need to take a dremel to the buttstock. I'll shoot DPH an email about the "top rail" and see if I get an answer. Will post it here if I do.
  14. I got the 308 aluminum front end I linked, on the site it does say "The Top rail will be available soon." but have no idea what their plans are on it.
  15. DPH makes an aluminum 308 front end, is rather nice. Or are you talking about gas tube with a rail on it? http://store.carolinashooterssupply.com/se...dsh-RAIL/Detail
  16. Some poor guy didn't have to mush it up to you via sled dog did they? That might explain the price.
  17. Got some pics up, Chaos and Cobra love...
  18. If thousands/hundreds of thousands of people got sick South of the Border. Even if it was closed I'd think you'd see a stream of "refugees" headed this way like we haven't seen before. I don't know what hospitals medicine and health care are like in Mexico, but I'm guessing it's kind of like comparing US prisons to Mexican prisons. Last place I'd probably want to be sick is inside a Mexico City hospital. Hoping this isn't as bad as it could be, I still have a lot of faith in our doctors and scientists. Not so much in the CDC, had forgot that even existed.
  19. Might be a market for window decals too! 3-4 inches across, I'd be proud to show it off. One or two people I showed it too didn't quite get it, and said something along the lines of "drawing attention to yourself" but I don't care. I'm not hiding anything so bring it. Can't wait for me shirts. Went to Nations Gun show yesterday, man you'd make a freaking killing at a big gun show with these. I was in and out pretty fast, only saw some dude trying to sell crappy Infidel shirts. And no, spam Beck with it, if I were you I'd just print up a bunch, and mail them off as "gifts" to beck,
  20. Got mine yesterday, AWESOME! And love the nut. Can one have too many muzzle attachments? Can't wait til try it out, well worth the wait.
