Hey guys, i got a chance to get my hands on an ALL numbers matching w/ original barrel AMD-65 parts kit, but i dont know very much about the "Hun-Guns". Can i get some general opinions from the experts out there? He is asking $450 for the kit, but I have seen really detailed pix, and it looks really nice! Is that price too high? the other thing i wanted is to get some suggestions on how to build it into something that actually looks cool, as I think the AMD-65 is the most hidious AK out there...lol thanks in advance guys! -RR

I really wanna put Red dots on my Saiga's and MY AR and i really want Aimpoints, but money has recently become a factor in all this, so for the time being i am considering products in a lower price class, but i dont want JUNK like Barska, NC-Star or something extremely low end like that...The brands from the mid shelf level I am considering are TRUGLO, Bushnell or BSA or if anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know... you can have flash hiders in CA on a stock Saiga... you are entitled to 1 or 2 evil features before the bullet buttons come into play, but once you install that evil scarry pistolgrip, all bets are off, from what i have been told by numerous people...

I bought a really nice scout rail mount for my SKS and i need to remove the rear sight leaf to install it, but im having a hell of a time trying to get the damn thing off. I even bought one of those Campy Tools to help remove it, but it turns out that it wont work with the SKS! any suggestions? -RR

well i seen last time i was in just guns in north sac area the had brand new shipment of 5-6 saiga 12's and i was like ooooo ! lol nice shotgun fashore, they toldme they didnt deal with the mag lock the came pre installed from the spot they purchased from, i got mine from another shop and they didnt have any saiga 12's but had the .223 and all famus 7.62x39 which i love so much, ya alot of other shops i wouldnt evan deal with their morons lol Ive heard about just guns, but i havent been in there yet, but i hear they are really friends with black guns...

Saiga 12's are VERY LEGAL in CA when properly configured, even though most gun stores up around the Sac area dont want to deal with the paperwork from the CAL DOJ and just lie to customers and just say they are illegal, but for those of us that know better because we already own Saiga 12's purchased in CA, we just laugh, call them idiots and then walk out of the store without spending a dime...lol

This is 100% Correct! Mini 30's are JUNK! they all have a Barrel Diameter of .308, thus making them literally dangerous to shoot foreign ammo like Wolf or Milsurp with a .311 diameter. If I were your friend, I'd sell that Mini 30 and buy a Saiga in 7.62x39 that will handle anything you wanna put through it! -RR
