  1. Vincent, SilverPhoenix has a tentative offer on the table for the whole lot with a counter offer back to him, which came in a few minutes before yours. If it falls through, the 20 rounder and factory mags are yours. I'm just waiting to hear back from him

  3. Price dropped for quick sale. Due to some unexpected expenses, I need to move some mags for quick cash. These HK mags are brand new and never fired. They do show typical handling marks and all have been function checked in my guns using dummy rounds. These are the best metal mags on the market. I'm asking $35 each shipped or I will go $260 shipped for all 8 of them. These mags sell new for $50+ each. I will accept Postal Money Order or Check (ship after check clears).
  4. Dogman, Great post and thanks for sharing. As a father of a special needs child, I find myself both inspired and blessed every day. I've learned more about unconditional love and caring from my 16 month old than I do with most adults.
  5. Very nice rifle. You definately need to take some pics of night shooting. The flames out of that short little 18" barrel are going to be EPIC!!!
  6. The war on drugs failed many, many, many, many, many, many, many (breathe), many, many, many, many, many and many years ago. Sometimes it just takes awhile for people that have forgotten what it is like on the streets to realize such things.
  7. JP, Don't let the play on words fool you. In many states, murder is listed as murder (1st Degree, 2nd Degree, etc.), but in other states murder is listed as homicide. Criminally negligent homicide is the same thing to them as 2nd Degreee Murder is to us here in Georgia. It all means the same thing, but has a different impact in the way that it makes people feel. Some people/states have completely removed themselves from harsh words like murder and rape due to the whole touchy feely public relations thing and replaced them with words like homicide and sexual assault. Trust me, Criminally Ne
  8. It should tell you that your Fourth Amendment Rights don't mean shit to SOME people anymore. Trust me, I'm just as tired of seeing this crap come up as the next person and I'm glad that the Troopers directly involved are being charged the same as any non-leo would be charged, if the story has not been construed/biased in any way by the media. I can assure you that not everyone that took an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States is a donut eating jack boot thug with an attitude, 1970's mustache, aviator glasses and small penis complex. Unfortunately, the bad actions of one, twelv
  9. Heath, I don't know if you live in a home or some type of building, but here are a few suggestions. If you have a driveway, you can hook up some infrared sensors that will chime your doorbell if anything passes in front of it. You can also place them anywhere in your yard that has an angle of approach. Obviously, it won't stop anyone, but it provides a good deal of advanced notice that someone has just entered your personal space. Make sure that all of your outside doors are metal, not wood. Have large strike plates installed (Lowes, Home Depot $20), which tie both the handle and deadbolt
  10. I have both the Century built and an IMI. They both work great and I have never had any problems with either one of them. I was able to look at and break down the Century built gun before purchasing, which eased my mind about it. Overall, I say go for it.
  11. Sorry to hear that you have to sell your rifle. Good luck with the move. Here is a bump to the top for you
  12. Dr, My suggestion would be to try them all out with the light that you intend to use. I have learned from experience that any light will throw off a small amount of shadow due to mounting position and the amount of barrel length out of front of the cone of light. This is a non issue for some and others absolutely hate it due to what they call "dead spots" of light. I don't think that there is any one best way or position. It will all come down to your personal preference and what you can live with on your gun.
  13. Boba, That is a great story. Let them dish out the crap to you about your guns and you back it up with a pic of them all together. Classic
  14. CSS, Sorry to hear about the theft, but I may be able to help you a little on this one. When the SO took the original report with the serial numbers, they should have then been placed onto NCIC as stolen at that time. The SO should have also printed off confirmation sheets showing that the firearms were now listed as stolen. Contact them and ask to make sure that this was actually done and then ask for copies of the confirmation forms. Most of the time, the victims information should be listed with the firearms, but this is not always the case. The reporting agency should contact you if th
  15. Cooger, I own two of them. One is on an IMI receiver and the other built by Century. Both guns run and work flawlessly, with no major issues to report. The Century gun has had no issues with reliability or functioning and the finish has held up well to any abuse. I would not hesitate to pick up another oneat this point. And yes, you can fire the Galil with the stock folded.
  16. That is just PURE AWESOME Pauly. Nice way to pick up a few new weapons and make a statement at the same time As far as criminals showing up to these and turning in guns...not going to happen. They don't care if the weapons are stolen or not. Plus, they can get more for them on the street by selling them to some other hood rat
  17. Beautiful work. I too would be interested in one of those stocks for the PSL. Please let us know if you are willing to part with or make another one.
  18. Mike, In general, most of the agents that I deal with feel the same as any of us and wish that the current laws would be enforced instead of trying to make new ones every year. But, just like any other job, they sometimes have to do things whether they agree with them or not. They have families to feed too and the ones that I have contact with are genuinely good people. I just have to remind myself from time to time that they are not the string pullers, just the pawns. Ultimately, they are at the whim of the elected officials in DC.
  19. Mike, The only denial that I have heard about to date is for the M1 Garands/M1 Carbines, but I would not be surprised if this went further and I have not tried to confirm it. When talking to some of our local ATF agents, whom are reliable sources for me anyways, they have only advised that the S12's will be worth a lot more in the future. They would not elaborate any further, so I don't know how to take it. Obviously not trying to stir the pot on this again, but I'm starting to experience a level of concern as well.
