  1. Yeah, I'm getting used to the battery life span, compared to my old LG EnV2. Just something you have to deal with, with a smartphone though, I guess. Even the guy at the Verizon store made sure we realized it's a lot different, battery life-wise, than our EnV2's. I've already done all the battery-saving-tips I read about online. I can go about 24 hours without needing to recharge, which is pretty good, considering how much I use it. The only problem (which might be with my computer, as opposed to the phone).......is when I hook my phone up to my laptop, via USB, I can
  2. yep the Android OS does need to have some sort of legit task management or the time between charges will be shortYes isn't is superb HTC ROCKS Like I said HTC FTW!!! BTW that 'droid' eris, is a HTC device...a lot of people get confuzzled by the marketing hype and the branding the commercials and naming...the droid you are mentioning is an operating system, and the phone is made by HTC...when i said no moto, I meant the MOTO droid, Android on a HTC is king. And the great thing is you can also use the phone and your data plan as a wireless modem for your laptop or netbook if you
  3. So I am correct in saying this is a new addition to KVARs lineup? I seem to remember an email about it recently...
  4. Forgot about KVAR's deal, seems fishy to me, it has been MIA for years? and you are just now looking to replace it?
  5. Not many replacement bolts out there....good luck finding one, you may be best served to retrieve your stolen unit...
  6. You ain't got to convince me brother . 5 or 7 episodes are pure Saiga conversions and they're always in the background . Russians ought to send me a "spokesman of the year" award That is awesome!!
  7. Feel good rhetoric? thats all it is to you ? what a waste Still doesn't mean it won't be corrected one day...and in fact the states have also passed laws protecting the people against FED intervention. As much bs faith you had in the Mcdonald case and this is how you think about the STATES rights. If you had any doubt that the ATF who is not a legislature, would try to pull the same fucking stunt you are naive. The courts may prove me right eventually, you can sit back and be a smart ass about it now but when it happens I am sure you will jump right on board...
  8. Is there a reason for this that you can articulate, or should we do it just because you said so? Nope just trust me
  9. Fuck yea!!! Looks great with excellent background music choice!
  10. Seriously guys do yourselves a favor...NO MoTo...HTC FTW!!! :super:
  11. Classy you can speculate all you want but the fact remains that the laws are unconstitutional. And of course did you have doubt that the bully bulldogs would come in to push their weight around?
  12. Actually, many states have passed Firearms Freedom Acts which, being as the laws are unconstitutional to begin with, allows citizens of said states to be exempt from laws violating the Second Amendment, as long as they remain intrastate. So shouldn't this be somewhat of a viable discussion? If so and it needs to be in GD, instead of THE LAW move it please, if not i am sure this thread will be closed and I apologize for stirring the pot. I am of the mindset that the laws are themselves illegal and in fact are an infringement, may be soon overturned, and I am 'protected' from them by m
  13. Basically what BVAMP ( he would know) is saying is, unless you are prepared to invest some time and money in it potentially fixing problems don't bother...If you can shoot it first, examine it well, and take pics first and the price is right I say go for it, but don't pay more for something you could accomplish yourself.... A lot of ppl weld or use plugs, that is not as big a deal as the hammer and BHO... Yes you should notice a retaining plate if it has one...
  14. A .45? Those heavy, low velocity slugs are nice man-stoppers, but are not very good against the thick hide, fat and bone of even a black bear. You need a hot, smaller round for that. Don't be so sure, a bear was taken with a .45 ACP recently (as in the past year or so)
  15. He or She must not watch much Ace of Cakes not that I do jk it looks yummy and I'm jealous
  16. As far as range goes, the limiting factor in these guns becomes the gun itself and not the round. For example a bolt action .308, you could do 600-800 yards, but with a sloppy Saiga action, you won't get anywhere close to 800 yards. You must have missed the Guerrilla Sniper class article wherein two 308 saigas were keeping up with the entire class one of which out to 600* and the other out to 1000 with the rest of the class... others have been out to 700 if my memory serves me correctly...So believe what you wish, but I will disagree with classy and say that 1000 meter hits are possible
