I know! I want one in every caliber. The short sight radius of the version 2 didnt deter me much. I will most likely keep my POSP on it at all times. It also looks a little bit cooler. What kind of accuracy are you getting? I am going shooting at least once this weekend I hope I am pleasantly surprised.

All you have to do is a quick search of IO and everyone is saying the exact same shit as us. I dont know whats so unbeliveable about it. Iraqveteren8888 has said they have had IO's with rivets falling out. I told my LGS to stop carrying them because the one handed to me had the FSB in the 10 O clock position. Thier neglect to properly assemble there AK's and quality control is downright absurd and they are just asking for a lawsuit with the dangerous products they sell.

How many op rod failures do you see on a saiga 12. I have been on here for several years and have seen no more than 4 separate occasions if that. Most people blame this on over gassed guns and or bad metal on the carrier maybe improper pining or receiver gas block not alligned correctly. Its a non issue.

Mine broke after a couple hundred on my 74. Using the akms 30mm red dot mount.

The few times I met Ray he was extremely nice. Offering to help me do my conversion. He always had a new toy or video of something crazy to show me too. IT was always way to overwhelming to see all this beautiful custom stuff for a saiga addict like me. He once alluded to there being bad blood between him and people on here. He will be missed.

I have fired my AK in a downpour. Took it home dried it off and oiled it. I wash my AK74 with a garden hose after every shoot.

Like the topic says. I have found that I spend too much time cleaning my SGL31 after shooting because of the corrosive and never really touching my S12. I only have been cleaning the puck area every couple hundred rounds.I have shot about 100 slugs in the past month so I decided it is time to give this baby a detail clean. The barrel looks bad. All I have really done is spray with CLP and boresnaked which has not accomplished much. There is still really bad streaks around the gas ports. I remember reading about someone pluging the barrel and puting some formula inside. Thanks for t
