Can someone explain why mailing these Russian 8rds magazines from France/UK is different than from Russian? Is there an agreement between the USA and France/UK?

It depends how you fly. If you have stops/connections you ticket price could be lower but taxes and fees will be higher because you have to pay airport and government fees and taxes every time your plane takes off.

Winchester buck shot is not that powerful with ~ 1200 FPS. With Gunfixers gas knob I was able to shoot them on setting #2 the same setting I shoot Federal Bulk Pack. Even Winchester #6 shoots on # +1.

You should have tried to switch to #2. Where do you shoot? Garland or DFW Gun? I was in Garland today.Shredded a carton box to dust.

Did you use factory mag or not? Should be fine. I don't see the situation where I would shoot birdshot from the hip other than mag dump... I use Low Brass Reliability kit and shoot Federal Bulk Pack on settings 2. Winchester on 3.
