    Is bolt open or closed, mag loaded or empty. 8rders can be a bitch until technique is down. Some members refer to monkey screwing football. Had some 5rders had to file a hair to work proper. 2of 4 from same run. Just a bit of over mold. Mine's a Tromix and a standard. Mags were that way for both.

    Good to hear freedom backed you up. Becoming a better world since there are know 2 or 3 stateside suppliers of Russian scopes. Like my Bushnell/EO tech's, yet haven't had any problems with Russian and lot less.

    Dido on the South African, had no problem with Wolf brass, not a fan of steel case in my FAL's. Touchy about laquer. M1A's the same.

    I've never built Ak, yet with FAL's it's, go, nogo. Have to check with any bolt carrier change. Your problem should solve with the suggestions given so far. Especially if using laquered ammo. Does it do it with brass after polished?

    Have one of Tromix's S-12 with his stock(Lage). Haven't been a fan of plastic until this one. Like it. Holds well to shoulder. With 3in heavy slugs you best have it well fitted to your shoulder or it will give you a nice hickie. Made my own putbad. When I get digital camera, will have my 8yr old niece show me how to post pics.

    Has anyone else come across S-12 8rd mags that hold 9rds. These are factory orginals. 2 of my 6 mags will accept and fire with no flaws 9rds. Have to use the BHO. 3 or 2 3/4 shells. Friend at range was reloading mags and put an extra rd in by mistake, is how I found out.

    That was my idea when I did mine. Have a whole shelf of stuff. Some worked, some didn't, yet keep for future projects

    Just looking for that sucker or novice. Special place for them I've done the same. I always ask if there are special mods or if it's a collectors edition. Don't ever get a reply either. Do notice few of them ever get bid on, and they just keep relisting them.

    gunboy69, Used a India built inch pattern on a metric kit build 5 yrs ago. Worked fine. So many types, upgrades, and origins might double check.
