    Mine is cut and I have a permenantly attached monster break. It works fine. My bolt and trigger are polished also. I have 3 unrestricted ports.

    I work as a valet right now and I can honestly say I probably wouldnt by anything American newer then my 86 chevy p/u. The camaros have horrible blind spots, corvette s interior are so chincy but getting better. I could go on forever about many cars. I prefer my older ones.heres my daily driver.

    Here are a couple crappy cell phone pics of mine. My only gripe was trying to sandblast it myself. The compressor i had was to small. Other than that it was really straight forward.

    Molu resin has plastic paint also. I did flat od green on my saiga and flat black on the stock and brake. I will post a pic today if you would like.

    I have heard duracoat isnt always the best. I ended up using moly-resin and have been very happy with it. It likes oil and holds. Which helps avoid rust.

    Thanks guys!! The local union (Tampa,fl) isn't hiring anything less then 6g pipe. The reason I was asking is because in opinion Florida sucks as far.as.pay goes. I have heard unions are kind of a double edged sword @ times.

    Im about to finish welding school here in the next month or so. Im curious to see what your opinions are as far as jobs, unions etc.. Also where a good place to start. Are instructors are pushing us on 6g pipe certification. Is this the best route? Thanks for any input. We havegone through all of the major processes mig,tig, stick, flux etc.

    I have watched this show once or twice. The thing that gets me is how many of these people are physically not in the best of shape. Im not saying they should be running marathons but some of these guys look as if the only time they get up off the couch is when the show is filming. Specifically remember a fat dude trying wrestle some guy and he fell down a hill.

    Ya. I switched my regular helmet for stick and some of my over head mig because i was running through lenses quickly(especially that cursed 6010!). It has been great for tig though.

    I use a speedglass 100v. Im not sure what type of welding you are doing but this thing has been worth every penny and is about half the price of the 9100xx. Its also fairly light weight compared to my regular helmet.

    Did you have to do any work on the gas system or any kind of reliability work? Curious due to the rumors of great quality veprs are supposed to have.
