  1. I just got mine back from Pauly, I have an example of a unmodifed vs. Pauly modifed bolt / carrier I just posted in another thread. You might want to check it out. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?/topic/69229-just-got-my-parts-back-from-pauly-wow/
  2. I just received my BCG, and FCG back from Pauly and all I can say is WOW! These parts are so much better in person; my pictures don't even do them justice. It's really hard to take pictures of a mirror finish. I didn't want to bust out all the soft boxes, backdrop, tripod so these pictures will have to do… I have a comparison of the custom BCG next to an original unmodified S12 BCG. The precision work is unlike no other. I thought about modifying my other S12 internals myself but after I got this back I'm thinking the price vs. quality it's worth just sending them to Pauly. I just inst
  3. SOLD OUT!!! Damn.. I missed the deal...
  4. Wow you think they'll bottom out under $500, if that happens and you can get them that low I'll pick up 2 off you
  5. You could always start a public access show, or call TLC and pitch a show idea to them... LOL
  6. You never called me a thief, not wanting to piss you off in anyway. I looked at your posts and your "last signed in" login. I assumed you read my emails, just didn't respond. You could have just told me it would be around 10 days for delivery. But when you say "boxing it up now" make me believe its going to ship within 24hrs. With all do respect I would gladly trade jobs with you for a while. You have an awesome job. I just got back from working in Romania in a nuke plant taking apart a steam turbine. Busting 100's of 12in+ diameter bolts. We lifted over 2,000,000lbs of metal in on

[] I got the original AApiece-o-crap prototype for sale. We'll start the bidding at $2000, do I hear $2000? Oh and don't worry about the trigger, it fell out during the first mag dump we just edited that out of the video footage. The FCG will be welded back in for a permanent install prior to shippment to your FFL of choice. * this is not affiliated with Alliance Armament LLC, nor does this represent any weapon owed or operated by Alliance Armament LLC
  8. Did you have the scope mount taken off in order to get the stock to fold flat on that side?
  9. Not trashing your talent, I sent my bolt/carrier to Pauly because he does amazing work... and the cost for perfection is worth it to me. Your S12 looks good, Like the triangle stock setup, I want to do that to mine but the parts are hard to find and typically expensive.
  10. Can't wait! Reading the last couple posts is hilarious! All I know is I put my money on Pauly he's not affraid of posting pics / methods of his work and all he's done to improve this platfrom. My Glassbolt, IceRack Supreme should be ready to ship anyday! Can't Wait! In Suspense!!
  11. WOW, these are nice can't wait until these go into full scale production...
  12. I seen a unconverted S12 in a pawn shop a couple days ago with a 10rd mag hangin out the bottom , and the factory 5rd rubber banded to the 10rd. LOL
  13. Seems like every day there is a new post on the subject, search the Saiga 223 threads
  14. I see it... Thanks for the pics. I wonder if the polish or yugo would have to be cut up like that? You think that arm is still strong enough it won't bend/brake over time?
  15. Thanks, that makes mine an 08
  16. I know my OP is loose... I don't know how to date check mine, I got off a guy that had problems with it. I can't find a serial number lookup anywhere but I'd like to know the year. This thing is something else I can't believe all 3 of my gas ports are different sizes all under spec. 1 doesn't even go all the way through, and my GB almost completely covers 2 ports. No wonder this thing FTE... I'm almost done with the converting this POS into a half way decent firearm (I hope) EDIT: GS to GB ooops... My fingers do what they want, I'm sure you all understood anyways
  17. You talked me into getting a Saiga 223 and a MSA magwell, on the truck as we speak get to pick it up tomorrow... I'd like to turn it into a underfolder just donno yet... I probably everything a need to do the job, its just making that first holding you breath hole in the side of the receiver. If you don't mind me asking where did you get/cost of the trunnion, stock + hardware?
  18. What underfolder did you use?
  19. LOL, now thats some BLING!! Put a bail on the end of that and wear it pride...
  20. NICE! I like the railed dust cover, looks like milled aluminum. Is that made by Tac47?
  21. LOL, Yeah I didn't want to but I used a burr bit and removed just enough to get all the screws started, Looks good just have a problem wollowing out bolt holes make me feel like I'm riggin her up.
  22. I donno if I want to over drill my receiver... I seen they make receiver blocks that you drill and tap the holes on the side your self. I just don't understand why one side would line up but not the other???
  23. I just bought this internal stock adapter, went to install it and one side seems to line up okay, I didn't install the screws because they don't fit through the receiver holes. I'm guessing you have to drill them out to the next size up it get the screws to go in... However if you look at the other side the holes don't even line up at all? Is the a normal problem? I'm would assume that this block isn't going to work for me. What a downer!!!! Any advise?
