Last nite was episode 1 of season 1.......a new series.....Kids and Guns its a British series about Americans I downloaded, if the trend moves this way like a lot of TV series tend to, due to the lack of programming creativity......... it wont be good for us....... naturally they will cherry pic the wierdo's like the Preppers show usually does first episode was parents ramming powerful guns and hunting down on a 4 yr old girl and about a 9year old boy out hunting his own area and the gun accidentally discharged when it was butt struck and killed the boy. just because the wires are new doesn't mean its not the problem..(with electrical you cant assume its works because its new)..eliminate the wires as a possibility by using an ohm meter to check the resistance of each wire from the cap to the plug wire end....resistance readings should all be relatively the same if you should find an anomaly in one reading replace that wire and recheck your readings

test with a vacuum gage look for any fluctuations in the reading that sync with the miss, if nothing unusual get it on a scope looking for electrical issues
