Has anyone tried? or is it even possible? I have an American Deringer that shoots .410 or .45LC

I purchased this http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?item=32498806 Before I bid I asked how the barrel could be diferent lengths, his response was with screw in chokes. but what I got was a totally diferent gun, It has a full choke 22" barrel and the sight is the one with a vent rib type set up Before I contact the seller I'd like to know how much of a difference in price these two should be. Any help is greatly appretiated.

Seems to me I had seen one for sale by Pacific canvas & leather for around $40 that just twisted on around the front sight sort of like a SKS, and they also had one for an enfield. I'll look and see if I can't find it.

been there, done that, you have to trim some of the base also, about 1/4" will result in 2 extra rounds

do you know if this will fit a .308?

My first one has had the trigger convertion SAW pg, Tapco folder, and I'm working on the front hand guard (really want a scout scope mount) I havn't received my 2nd one yet (any day now) the recoil was not bad at all I'm adding a recoil buffer, but have not shot with it yet .

I want one of theese on my 308 (thats the main reason I bought it in the first place) do you know how I can make it work? If so, I'll take one for sure. Thanks Alan

who makes it, who sells it, how can we get one??

Looking at a siaga mag next to a thermold m14 mag I think I could cut and fuse them together to make a 20 rounder or mabe even 25-30. Is this going to be legal to do after the assult weapons ban sunsets? I have some 3000psi epoxy that get rock hard in about 5 min. and then its toolable.

From what I've heard, the 16's have better harmonics than the 21's and tend to be more accurate, don't know for sure, but mine's pretty accurate, I just bought a 2nd (both are 16") can't wait to trick it out!

They sure are tricky to re-install after the pistol grip convertion though

It is the side lever scope mount, 16" and it included 2 mags This will be my second, the first is almost done with convertion just waiting for 9/14 to install the tapco folder

is 265 + shipping a good deal on a a 308 and side mount scope mount?

I'd be interested in the rail over the barrel, also hows the 308 mag convertions coming? any thoughts on installing a muzzle device on a 308 ?

I can barely see it, yet alone figure out how to get to it to remove it , does it come out towards the mag hole or towards the back? the bolt hold open is in the way

O.K. what's the trick ? I can't drive them out with a punch they only clear the right side of the receiver then stop, I tried to pry the other side with a screw driver, then even put the vise-grips to them and twisted back and forth, nothing did even budge @#^**%~

I just took one of my 8rnd mags appart and dremeled off a 1/4" from the follower and the bottom piece, presto!, instant 10 rnd. I could probably have gone a little more but didn't want to do too much to start with.

A properly placed 308 will kill anything that walks this earth!
