  1. And the list NEEDS TO KEEP GROWING!!! when a majority of business have BOYCOTTED an entire STATE... things will get noticed!!!
  2. This is a pretty interesting site... for SURE!!! http://www.coinflation.com/ Lots of GOOD INFO... and CURRENT daily market price info as well!!!
  3. probably not... I dont have the ability to reload 10 gauge black powder shells... And I am not really that interested to do so anyways... more of a collectible piece than a shooter. I saw something SIMILAR as far as make and model, not necessarily grade or condition on gunsamerica for $2500.00
  4. Picked this up Sunday, from a friend of mine's father... Its in pretty decent shape for a gun well over a hundred years old!!! Damascus barrels, nice engravings, and beautiful wood. Hammered, break action. Oh... by the way.. it was FREE... " Take it or I am going to just throw it away!" he said... LOL! AWESOME!!!! Dont hate! LOL!
  5. a couple days ago, I just bought 5 boxes of 100 pcs. Hornady 55gn FMJBT w/ cannelure for 15.99 a box. ( same price they have been for a long time now... ) at my local Bass Pro shop!
  6. Correct... as I said above... RELOAD because you ENJOY THE HOBBY!!! not JUST to save a few bucks... cause it will NOT work out that way!!!
  7. you only need a tube for the trigger/disconnector if there is SLOP with the factory pin. Otherwise... assemble with the two pins shown in the image, and you are good to go.
  8. I have had MIXED luck with SG... years ago I was offered FREE SHIPPING when I joined the buyers club... so I did.. and added on about 200 pounds of ammo... and it was FREE SHIPPING... mind you... this was back in the days of TEN CENTS A ROUND for X39...and a dollar ish a round for .50 BMG... Since then I had issues with magazines... I was able to PAY FOR and have SHIPPED TO PENN surplus mags... till the day before they were scheduled to ship... after a 3 month or 4 month WAIT.... I had my dad call, from penn, and get MY order changed to HIS ORDER and the mags were bought and delivered to hi
  9. My only thought was... did you start with a BIG ENOUGH chunk of billet, to machine the lower out of??? ROFL!!!
  10. He disagrees, because he doesnt reload enough... The last time I bought reloading supplies I dropped 5 bills. I got 13 pounds of powder, 350 bullets ( jut the tips, not LOADED ammo) and another thousand primers. 13 pounds of powder ( appx. 210 bucks ) is enough to load around 3600 rounds of 223. a thousand primers is almost 30 bucks... I needed 3 more thousand, to equalize the powder to loaded ammo ratio, and then I would have to spend another 750 dollars more to PURCHASE the appropriate number of BULLETS to load said 3600 rounds... we are not even TALKING brass... figure 25 bucks a h
  11. by the time you figure in the cost of the press, powder, primers, hulls, wads , equipment to reload... ( scales, holders, this, that, the other thing, etc..etc...) you will NEVER break even... you will spend WAY more than if you just buy he stuff outright. However... if you want guaranteed quality, CONSISTENT loads for any firearm you shoot... and ENJOY THE HOBBY of reloading... then ENJOY the HOBBY of reloading!!!
  12. I m not trying to say its a good idea... as mentioned above... you got oil filters with bullet holes in em, and this little unit... and a gun... whether they are not together or not, you got a world of trouble... constructive intent is a shitty area as well... I was just playing devils advocate... a thread adapter is NOT an NFA item... unless you USE IT AS ONE....
  13. so we are saying that a "THREAD ADAPTER" is a serialized NFA item, then??? interesting...
  14. you may need to take a hair more off... you want it TIGHT but not "holy fuck, that's too fucking tight" tight... If you re satisfied with HOW it locks and feels... go with it like it is!!!
  15. Regular primers will be just fine... if you have an issue with a potential slam fire... I would worry more about your bolt/firing pin as an issue before the primer being the issue... I have reloaded thousands of rounds with regular primers, used in saigas of all calibers, and AR's in many, and NEVER had ANY PROBLEMS whatsoever!!
  16. I *LOVE* NY.... I just hate the Politicians that SHIT all over its inhabitants...
  17. hmm... I bought a dozen grenade launcher units a LONG while back... cheap shipping, showed up in a week... must be things have changed... bummer.
  18. I do not own a SINGLE hi capacity AR magazine... for my 458 socom... they are all 7 rounders!!!
  19. i wonder if these were NAMED by name on the NY "SAFE" act??? LOL Remove the thumbhole and stick a factory saiga stock on it... no barrel threads = GOOD TO GO!
  20. Will you turn into a BLACK HOLE when you implode??? Or just vanish into nothingness??? That is MY question!
  21. Ignore them, they wont harm anything... they just wanna keep warm till spring... besides... box elder trees suck... Fuck em all...
