No matter how much you stock up on Gun oil, Hopps 9, cleaning pads etc. At some point the supply is going to run out. My question is what are some alternatives, I realize our Saigas are made for the abuse and can take it. But what if you own a AR that depends on keeping it as clean as possible?? Gasoline?? Engine Oil??? God forbid you have to use water?? What are some lil known survival techniques for keeping your sensitive AR clean??? Thanx!!!

First got the rifle and started off using the factory mag, got ALOT of FTE, as soon as i switched over to my surefire's(polymer) they worked great!!! They have the last round hold open feature, which may be a problem if you are hoping for a tactile mag release mod. But they work great. Havent tried ProMag, but am interested. I am also seeing that Surefire is selling Metal mags that ARE NOT Compliant!!!

Are you using the factory mag that came with the rifle, or are you using an aftermarket like ProMag, ,Surefire, etc.??? Cause I know my factory mag was CRAP!!! jam city...Hmmm jam...
