  1. They posted this yesterday on their Facebook page; "We are in the process of getting a Saiga .223 for the B.A.S.T.A.R.D project to shoot a conversion video and product demo. Details soon." ETA: From the CAD drawings that were shown, everything on the bottom of the receiver needed to be removed (mag catch, trigger guard, etc) and be replaced with the B.A.S.T.A.R.D. Of course things could have changed in the two years that it's been announced...
  2. Yeah it does co-witness. There was a thread on ARFcom with a bunch of pics (albeit the 2.x versions). Looks like they updated it too.
  3. Yup, can't argue with that. Unfortunately I can't afford a 7.62x39 just yet, but that does remind me, I do have a 21" bbl .308 that needs some lovin'... .
  4. Nice find, I almost ordered a v2.1 just yesterday! ETA: Of course the v2.1 was about 60 bucks...
  5. Bigsal, I actually look forward to your replies to stuff like this! You are a Kalashnikov Snob and proud of it (I sincerely mean that in the nicest way possible). Rock on!

    Opened store

These magazines can most definitely be shipped to CT. Although they have an AW ban there is no magazine capacity restriction whatsoever. Thanks for stepping up and making these and finally giving me the excuse to get the 20ga. - Tacticool (Escapee from CT)
  7. I was from Connecticut and it was illegal to have an AK in 7.62x39. When I moved to AZ I had to make my rifle 'evil' so I put a folding stock on it. Plus the magwell works pretty damn good (and saved me the cost of new mags). I just wish the manufacturer was a little more reliable. ETA: No one makes a 6.8mm AK yet either.
  8. I just installed a DPH Skeleton Stock to an Ace folding mechanism to a CSS Internal Receiver Block. I am extremely happy with it. The Ace folding mechanism is very solid and worth the money I paid for it. I recommend going with an internal block.
  9. Being cross eye dominant shouldn't matter, you always use your dominant eye.
  10. +1 I love this grip. Unfortunately he may not be able to get the Bulgy Circle 10's because he lives in a ban state. I have an MSA mag adapter on one of my 223 Saiga's and it works as advertised.
  11. Would this interfere with the existing BHO devices?
  12. is starting his Saiga .308 conversion!

  13. I'm loving the look of that -12 you got there. Nice job!
  14. Wow that's complete BS. My 'smith was going to remove the barrel and cut/crown and thread it on a lathe for $125 IIRC. I think I need to give him a call...
  15. Non-buisness member link removed If we had a business member with those parts available I would have linked to them.
  16. Look at post #10 for a link to a place that has them. Read the rest of the thread for some good info too.
  17. He asked for magazines that have the LRBHO feature, not an actual LRBHO. And there's no need to 'flame' the guy for asking a legit. To the OP, I don't know of any shotgun magazines that will hold open the bolt just Surefire's rifle mags. I'll flame you before anyone else does in a meaner way....Your Saiga and everyone else in the US.....barring they do not have one of the old Jeric designed LRBHO, one of Cobra's LRBHO (someday available), or another homemade LRBHO are all in the same boat. Since you are a member, then, within a section, you can use the search option and searc
  18. First, welcome to the forum. Second, that is the perfect basic conversion, great job! Also get the .223 you won't be disappointed.
  19. He reviews a lot of guns, gear, knives, etc on YouTube. He has hundreds of videos up and they are quite good.
  20. Hey guys, I've been off the forum for a while but I did see this nice video from the Shot Show (I hope it's not a dupe!). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q69lNr4C25U&feature=sdig&et=1264544166.64
