doublehorse 1
The safety on my S12 scratches the frame everytime I move it. Is this how all S12s are? If not, what can I do to stop this?

After a while you'll learn to love it for the reliable tool it is and that scratch becomes a badge of honor.

akastormi 617
If it really bugs you, you can make the right side dust cover only and add a Polish left side selector.

gaucho1 0
As an actual answer you can bend the safety lever away from the receiver slightly then take the safety lever off and attach a smooth pad of some slick plastic to the receiver side of the safety. This has come up a number of times. Even if you are a recovering AR user, welcome. You will get over it once the bug has taken full effect. I suggest a few mags and about 30-50 rnds. of buck and slugs aimed at something that comes apart. Proper training includes eating raw meet an not shaving for at least 3 days. Most also ignore bathing.
