House search in watertown, be prepared to be pissed (video)

Recommended Posts

As a retired LEO I see several things you guys don't.

First off, any time a police officer is killed or wounded, cops tend to go into "angry hornet" mode.

Good or bad, right or wrong, it's what happens.

It's been that way since the first police force was founded.

Here they are looking for the suspect, but don't know if he has any cohorts or friends at this point.

So they brought everybody out with hands raised and sent them down the street.

I noticed that they didn't throw any of them on the ground and handcuff them.

They got them safely out of the way.

No, I did NOT hear anything about a search warrant, but I'll bet there is some small, publicly unknown terrorism clause that they will quote.

Also, the people that live up there are used to this kind of treatment.

It is typical in liberal controlled areas.

They bend over and take it up the ass on a regular basis.

None of them will protest it because this kind of thing is just fine with them.

And to Rhodes1968,

Louisiana has a fleeing felon law that says I can bust up in your house if I am in actual pursuit of a suspect that just committed a felony.

This is exactly what you get in the commie yankee states and west coast with their disarmament program and these idiots are now conditioned to accept this as the norm and now it's a huge sausage fest

It's all ok because anyone without a badge is scum, and using gestapo tactics on the scum is what led them to the bomber.   Or wait, was it a citizen that reported his whereabouts? Couldn't be, e

I have noticed that all the news coverage has been about the rights of the suspect..Niether side has brought up the rights of the ordinary citizens that appear to have been violated...I have little ho

All the answers are right there in the video, when they have their weapons drawn and aimed at your center of mass consent is no factor in their minds. Dozens of these videos all showing the same thing, not one refusal.

And that bothers me. MA is lost, book it.

Hey DB, better have seen that felon entering my home or you risk the consequences of an illegal entry, we have a castle law and its enforced. Otherwise get a fucking warrant.

Mass. has been lost for years!

Just like DC.

The people that live there voted the liberals in, and now they have to live with it.

Sad thing is that they agree with all this.

Not trying to take the storm troopers side. There are alot of assumtions here. Is it watertown, when did it happen, did the guy who answered the door give concent to search. 4th admenedment right goes out the door. Was there a tip or a neighbor that wanted to have fun and see what happens. it was not door to door. not that i dont think that this whole thing stinks. just trying to be objective.

I tend to agree with Tacsat.

I would like to say that I don´t like the idea of Cops storming in my house without a warrant. These Cops were trying to apprehend a Terrorist that was loose in a neighborhood. I bet most of you dogging on these guys would change your tune if you just had a loved one killed by these Fuckers. The reason this SOB was hiding in a boat and not out killing more people was because these Cops were out in force looking for him door to door.

There are good Cops and bad Cops.

What would you guys have done different?

How pumped up would you be if someone just came in to your neighborhood or city and blew the shit out it?

If the libtards had not given up their right to protect themselves they wouldn't need stormtroopers in their neighborhoods "EVER". You take up your arms and defend your life and property, that is what you should do.

Edited to add this,

This post was twisted to look like I said to take up arms against the popo. You are really reaching to conclude that from what I originally wrote.

As armed to the teeth as we are down here in Texas, we still need a police force to have some sort of Law and Order. What do you think would happen if we didn't have "stormtroopers" ready to come in to any situation and kick some ass? We would have a lawless clusterfuck of a society.

Yes the Fucking Libs are disarming the public. No I don't need a Cop to defend my family at my home.

"If the libtards had not given up their right to protect themselves they wouldn't need stormtroopers in their neighborhoods "EVER"." Because no one would ever put a IED anywhere where unsuspecting, innocent people would be maimed and killed.

"You take up your arms and defend your life and property, that is what you should do." Against the personnel who are actively searching for a terrorist? You imply they are the terrorists because they are entering a residence looking for a terrorist.

Insane outlook.

I'm not defending the police. They were doing their jobs is a critical situation. I am honestly disheartened by the general attitude about the police in this thread. You bitch and moan if the police do the right thin. You bitch and moan if the do the wrong thing, and you bitch and moan even more if they do nothing! All from behind a keyboard. Pathetic.

Many of you seem to wish for police absence. Defend yourselves, as the case may be. We all know the result of that is total anarchy. Of course, then you would have something new to bitch and moan about.

Any time the police involved in this action in wt and hundreds of other places in this land wish to stop being thugs and start being officers of the law I will be the first in line to praise their worth.

But dont take it from us take it from this guy who was there.

For me things are very simple. I believe in the United States Constitution 100%. The evidence in the video suggests that the rights of these homeowners has been violated, and then excused because of loosing a LEO brother, and having Boston bombed. That is not an excuse that can be used to violate the Constitution.

If you can find proof that the Constitution was not violated in the actions of these officers I will gladly change my mind and freely apologize. When I'm wrong I have no problem admitting it or aplogizing for my error.

I post what's on my mind here, and speak about opnely public. It's my 1st Amendment right. I do not hide behind a keyboard. I will not post anything here that I am not willing to say person to person.

I realize LEO were trying to find the guy, and I'm glad he was eventually caught, but that can't be used as an excuse to rape the Constitution. Doing so means it's worthless.

This man has zero credibility. He now has his 6:00 minutes of fame.

"damn, man, I wish they'd just go away so we could light a bowl."

Look at the video. The guy said that the SWAT team asked if they could search and they said yes. He stated that twice, I believe. Proof enough?

Senator Frankenstein in lockstep with the sheeple as the Grand Poobah Sheepherder. The woman needs to read a few books.

http://news.yahoo.com/dianne-feinstein-prefers-massive-police-presence-individuals-assault-155619337.html

This is one avenue they will pursue for sure.

"Look at Watertown. The police were able to completely handle this. You don't need guns. You have the police."

I hope for a never ending case of explosive diarrhea for the next idiot that suggests that I use a shotgun for home defense. That fucking hatchet faced bitch doesn't use a shotgun for her CCW.

Haha... Guess I should read before I post. You beat me to it. Great minds think alike.027.gif

You know, I appreciate the vanguard of people who look for any possible civil rights abuses in our country... I think it's an important facet that needs to exist in order to safeguard our freedom. With that being said... some of you have just lost all perspective.

You take a video like this with no additional context and apply your own judgements to it and start calling the police fascists, commies, gestapo or whatever. The truth is that you're all foaming at the mouth wanting to see how the police 'abused power' in the same fashion that gun grabbers pray for 'assault weapons' turning up at bloody crime scenes before any, much less all of the facts are in.

Hey, if the evidence appears that there were really some civil rights abuses I'm all for bringing it to national attention and pursuing recourse for those wronged. But this video definitely ain't it. If you watch this vid and see 'rape of the Constitution' as Liberty put it... well fuck I don't know what to tell you. Your heads will probably explode if you ever see a true example of a 4th amendment violation.

There were not house to house warrantless searches, there was not martial law or defacto martial law. No one was told that they must stay inside their homes... they were advised to because of the suspect and the massive manhunt. Were there mistake made by some officers that exceeded their bounds? Almost certainly. Are those mistakes a reflection on our country as a police state and all is lost thanks to Obama and the dems and the libs and the muslims and whatever else you hate so dearly? Sure, whatever... I'm obviously just a fucking socialist apologist that's probably got a free Obama-phone and wipes my ass with copies of the constitution.

Those people were RAPED, plain and simple. First told to stay in your house not to leave for no reason whatsoever then rudely thrown out of their house. and all this over some 19 year old punk ( one person) Give me a break.

I think I'm somewhere in the middle on this thread. Since when did it become ok to have martial law (looking) activites especially over one dude that was already hit? We've all seen a lot of different tragedies unfold in our lives and I just don't remember this kind of thing being the norm. Is it selective memory on my part?

As Southern one stated... What would have happened if they had come to my door with myself being prepared for some fugitive and had the minimum of a sidearm and possibly more strapped to my chest?

I don't have a hatred for cops. But this kind of activity is disturbing at best. If you could in fact be arrested or even detained for going outside your home, that seems to be martial law to me.

What probably bothers me the most is that given the climate of current affairs, I'm sitting on pins a needles waiting for the media to take up their usual BS tomorrow to see what unnecessary rights will be taken away from me due to this even though this would be considered a success in comparison to other scenario's. It sickens me to have to immediately wonder where my government is involved in this. Whether they are or not, I now feel I have to question every event, because every event seems to lead to some new senate bill that strips my rights even further. Almost as if they have them written and waiting for every scenario as it happens.

This was way overkill for one guy who was already hit and bleeding. Why?

This was way overkill for one guy who was already hit and bleeding. Why?

Because he had already got away from the cops on multiple occasions with the last one involving a gun fight and bombs thrown. In hindsight, yeah, its retarded that they went through all they effort when he was just hiding and bleeding out in the back of a boat. However up until that discovery, I don't think anyone on the ground thought that he was going to do anything short of attempt to go out in a blaze of glory by ambushing the cops somewhere and possibly blow himself up in the process.

It's easy to say, now, that it was overkill... but truthfully it would be irresponsible to not use all of your assets to bring this thing to a close knowing what he was capable of doing if he got away.

The fact of the matter is that today, the little shit is in custody, hopefully being waterboarded a little just for fun... the other brother is rotting in the morgue... and the Boston police didn't even injure a single civilian in the process (something the LAPD sure can't say).
