Sorry, you fill out a 4473 every time you buy a gun from an FFL. If you have never been denied there, you won't have any problem. On the "individual" or "trust" route, you need to decide how the NFA item will be registered. I have always gone the individual route as I don't have a wife or kids that want access to the items.
