Good on you Dad! -
The welds are very weak. I too, removed the shield that covers the factory gas tube with a screwdriver, I like it that way.

Neat! Would have loved to see it in action though. Also, the camera work was lacking. -
Well that was quite the necro bump!

Very cool RobRez, I had almost forgot about this project, thanks for the update! You are really making this beast your own! -
Good for you Darth. To me range time is much better (and cheaper) than a therapist! When my buddy and I go, we refer to it as going to church.

I can respect that, mine has no patches of any kind, if it did I too would feel weird about it, and would not likely wear it. -

Over all I get what you are saying. However about that jacket, I have one of the same but black on the outside and reversible orange on the inside. I still wear it when the weather requires it. Difference is mine came from an ex mil customer of mine,(no insignia what so ever), after talking with him for years as a customer, he asked if I would like to have one(he wore a green on like you mentioned), how could I say no to his gesture? He actually purchased one on base(I live near Travis Air Force base), and gave it to me as a gift. I wear it with pride of his and so many others service, but a -

HB of CJ, you are right it is not a "contract" in the literal sense! I used simple terms and should not have here! I guess I dumbed it down for folks I am used to dealing with. You are correct! -

While I do not agree with the forcing of a business "To bake a gay cake"(since that is the analogy you set forth), the difference is that the gays are a protected class, as well as minorities, and age....AND Religious folks....(some are more protected than others)....see where I am going with that? On the other hand the US constitution, in particular for our discussion, the Second Amendment, is a contract between the citizens and the government. Do we have the first amendment rights on this board to say what we want without being censored? No we don't. If you are in my home/business I hav -

Old Coot, I changed the wording in my last post. The part after agreeing with you was (or was intended at the OP, now fixed), I agree with what you said before. -

HB of CJ (old coot), nailed it! OP lets take your situation and change up the scenario. Business does not have a sign banning firearms, yet some nut job walks in and does some damage with a firearm. BUT, nobody was carrying at that time/place, do you still get to sue for not being protected by the business? Just a thought! -

This is just what I did (and for the same reason as DaveM), but was the Shark brand. Works well and no chemicals. Bonus is the wife uses it around the house from time to time. -
Diverticulitis anyone?
Bigtwin replied to DLT's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
DLT I witnessed the same thing from a friend of mine several years ago. The docs could hardly believe he was walking around at the time(though he was a bit delirious from the toxins I guess). He got the needed treatment and is alive today because of that. And strangely enough it was from a sun flower seed too. He no longer eats nuts of any kind now. Best wishes for your brother and your family! -
Tundra, I don't know what to tell you. I have never sold a single firearm, I have come close(due to wanting to fund something better), but in the long run I decided to save up for it! Hell I still have a few Mosin Nagants and a couple thousand rounds. It all sits idle now, but I have it if I need it(or want to shoot them again), they have not been fired in a few years. But in the back of my mind I keep thinking they cost me nothing at this point.......and they could serve a purpose down the road! YMMV

Mine is simply my first passion, and what I ride! For those that do not know, the Harley Davidson "big twin" was a name labeled for the larger cubic inch Harley engine rather than the smaller sportster! The pic is however an older family pic of a relative and his Harley. (at least that is what I was told.)
