    welcome to the forum... http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=39651
  3. Hmmm... I think id be pissed if I had waited 2 months without hearing anything. Id definitely give them a call...
  4. Thanks guys. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet (ahem...JJ the Gun Man - thanks for calling me today...ahem), but hopefully I'll get a chance this weekend. One thing I never noticed was just how awkward the MD20 is on an unconverted gun. Obviously I understand they are not designed for an unconverted/restored gun, and using them in this manner is illegal, but I couldn't hardly reach the hand guard. I'm 5'8" so maybe you long armed brothers and sisters of mine might be able to manage... Anyway, I have an itchy trigger finger and can't wait to get out and shoot it! Once agai
  5. After work I swung by MD Arms to pick up my new Saiga Shotty. Construction in Dayton meant that it I got there 20 minutes after they had closed, but Craig stayed late. He even gave me the tour of the shop, showed me their new blast cabinet, and the wall of MD20s, which was a glorious sight to behold. I also got to see all their sweet R&D toys, including the belt fed grenade launcher... it was awesome. I ended up walking out with an S12, 2 MD20s, a flash hider, and a VPlug. All in all, a good trip. When I got home, I broke it down, just to get a feel for the thing. It has 3 unobstru
  6. If it doesn't work out with Georgia PD or TTF, let me know. I have a cash offer for you.
  7. i will buy two. where do i send the money?
  8. man i can relate to that! i name guitars, motorcycles, and dogs. never felt the need to name my guns. I call mine "the Colt", "the .380", and "shotgun". maybe once i get more, i'll need a better system to differentiate, but for now it works....
  9. the "tree bark" one looks a little like a "bone" pattern. pretty cool
  10. wow, thats freaking awesome. congrats!
  11. Jesus you guys all need to chill out! i was just wondering if anyone was going to see the damn movie! i think it looks cool, how about you? kind of talk... now we've got death threats, white supremacists, male chauvinists, and JOHN WAYNE HATERS... FACEPALM.... i love this place <3
  12. do you guys play on PS3 or 360? 360. my gamertag is Marrok657 if you wanna send a request or somethin Yeah man, I'll send you a FR. My GT is cronin937. I won't be on for a few days though - I'm visiting the inlaws this week...ugghh
  13. i've seen a thread on here discussing this. If I recall correctly, you need to take the barrel off in order to cut it legally, or send it to someone licensed to make such modifications. I was under the impression that If you cut the barrel down while it's still attached, you would temporally be in possession of an illegal sawed off shotgun. I could be wrong though.
  14. Gotcha. I'm on 360 and we've been having trouble with the NAT too, but we can usually all get in a game lobby together after a few tries. Sometimes its harder than others, and sometimes we have to try different people hosting the party before it works. I have one friend who has to host a party in order to get in. He can't connect if someone else is party leader.... seems like a stupid problem to have. With all the BILLIONS AND BILLIONS of dollars they've made on this game, you'd think they could get the servers straightened out!
  15. That's how my brother is, but i doubt he ever dies more than 5 times in a match. It just disgusts me. do you guys play on PS3 or 360?
  16. Yeah... and this is a "PG" rated collection. The First Chechen War was a brutal, horrific cluster fuck of incredible proportions. The malnourished, under-equipped, under-staffed, demoralized Russian units were engaging in some of the most intense, brutal urban fighting since Stalingrad, dealing with incredibly poor organization and leadership from the top. This was right after the break-up of the USSR, when the country was going through an economic depression which made the American "Great Depression" look mild in comparison. A lot of the best officers had quit, because they were not getting p
