  1. Easy solution: Create "rain free zones" in the problem areas. That should solve it.
  2. Damn nice hi power, Gary. Turned out beautiful. I really need to try to score one of these myself.
  3. I prefer a frame mounted 1911 style safety only. No less, no more. And scratch any decocker as well.
  4. I've got a Simmons .22 mag on mine. Under $50 on Amazon. Haven't had any issues, been a good scope. Lots of good reviews on Amazon to check out.
  5. Not my first choice either, but .22lr can most certainly prove deadly. Imagine that 10 round rotary mag being unloaded close range to the face. Would not be good.
  6. Stryker, you backpacked the Bob for three months? Thats badass! I would love to try that. Don't think I could do three months solo though. Very cool.
  7. They were little rockets! Ya I'd guess that they probably topped at 70/80 mph. They got there in a hurry too!
  8. Fuck, outlaw tricycles just like they did 3 wheeler ATVs in the 80s. I really miss the old 250r three wheelers. Hell you can't even buy a two stroke ATV anymore. Back on topic, we were planning on buying my nephew a skateboard for his 7th birthday. Then we found out his mother doesn't allow skateboards because they are dangerous. Unreal. We bought him a my little pony. I kid, but it crossed my mind.
  9. If I'm grabbing from my safe the 10/22 carbine would top the list. The Security Six would probably go too, loaded with .38. I don't have one, but a basic single shot .410 would be a good choice. Thinking simple, simple, simple.
  10. Gonna be hungover on your wedding day! I think I was too, and I've been married 20 years. Good luck!
  11. I literally converted mine at my kitchen table with a dremel, punch, and mallet. The dremel, punch and mallet are probably illegal in California. Check you're local laws before having any work done.
  12. Can't help but wonder how this would have played out had the group of hunters been homosexual black men? Nevermind, gay black men probably don't dove hunt. Complete bullshit either way. Shit am I profiling?
  13. Fatty, the lump charcoal burns quite a bit hotter than the briquettes will, so go conservative when using it. A little goes a long way. I use one of the little weber chimneys when im using briquettes. It will get the charcoal going nice and even. Charcoal takes some patience, but everything tastes so much better using it. Try throwing on a handful of soaked (in water) hickory chips for some added flavor if you dig hickory. Applewood goes great with pork. No gasser will ever duplicate the flavor of charcoal. Good luck, let us know how it goes.
  14. Diggin that shaggin wagon in the background there, Cobra! We had a similar Vandura years back that ran great with several hundred thousand miles on the odometer.
  15. Live and let live. It's just the internet after all. I refuse to let a person on an internet forum raise my blood pressure.
  16. Reverse discrimination is discrimination against a majority group. I didn't make the word, or the definition up. Webster's may or may not care if it pisses you off, maybe send an email their way? It is what it is, and it's reverse discrimination. Google it.
  17. The dirty toothbrush could possibly be recycled. When its tossed from the evidence locker.
