  1. As far as pulling off the washer goes, mine "fell off" if you send it to them you are probably required to pay shipping to them. I put a wood chisel under the washer directly between the two tack welds and bent it up a little, went to the other side of washer and did the same, then rocked it back and forth til it "fell off" took less then five minutes. Push the button with you thumb, once depressed the stock folds to the side the washer is on. See if the screw is just loose?
  2. That email was to "me" on the 6th, you will need to contact them, and he is probably out of the cases Also if you manage to get a case, I recommend changing the steel hoops that hold the handle on
  3. This is an email from Alex at legion sent on 1-6-14, he edited the ad that day, did you place your order after that? If so maybe you read the ad earlier but not when you placed the order? thanks for bringing it to my attention. We are pretty much out of the carrying cases, but I have one that I can send you that I will ship today. As far as the removable stock, there is a small weld on the release button. This was done in Russia for importation purposes. You can easily remove this weld with a dremel tool. If you do not feel comfortable doing this yourself, I can have our gunsmith do for yo
  4. How long ago to you order? I watched the day they removed the camo case from the listing. The little washer welded on the button has to be removed, but I wonder if your stock itself is damaged or if the screw is just loose. The camo bag was no longer listed like 3.5 weeks ago. It's in the pictures but they removed the writing saying they were included. It was the day the he mailed me mine, so I got on and checked and he had edited the listings.
  5. Dunno how I feel on the commercial? My great grandmother Elsa Louisa Grokenburger came over when she was five. Her parents called her Elsie Louise and refused to speak to her in public in the only language she knew. She was forced to learn English very quickly at five without much reason given to her. She forgot how to speak German, and had no accent at all.
  6. Any chance you can post up average shipping charges here? Otherwise I might try contacting you soon
  7. Stalagmite? Type of agate? Something petrified? I should probably read rules before I make a bunch of guesses eh?
  8. Place the rhymes with babelas had my cci 450 primers in stock when I placed order, they emailed me later it was on backorder
  9. Only question from me would be if it has a warranty or not? They may fix the issues free of charge, as well as retain your warranty for other issues. You may want to try to carefully look from inside the chamber area and see if its not a three port with a port sitting under the gas block.
  10. Just a flat cardboard wad? Pump (or tube fed) would be the only thing I think they would be any good for. Just make sure you don't have any on you while hunting unless your gun is plugged accordingly
  11. Location? I would be interested in the cheaper shotgun possibly both of the cheap shotguns
  12. Try it with gas puck removed? If not make sure your bolt matches your carrier and gun? And make sure its installed in the carrier properly?
  13. Pm me if you actually want one! I have one NIB for $215 plus shipping and one I'd take $200 for its had its hardware bag gone through BY ME its all there but I did thread some parts together. I currently have three stocks, thought I'd keep them on the gun, like OP said, need sights
  14. No dremel or any other mods to the gun, bought new from legion, don't want to mess it up. Haven't had it short stroke yet with the buffer, on this gun the rear trunion and bolt do collide and paint was clean gone after three rounds. Its an ak, worst thing I think I can do to it is modify its working systems with a dremel. My s12 works great without any mods! When I put a g2 hammer in I profiled it.
  15. The sgm recoil pad for $25 screws on to that stock with light mods and if you want to keep your tangs you can drill the pad, its rubber so non slip and helps recoil!
  16. Also I've heard AK dent brass is fine to reload several times as it fire forms each time through. Would reducing the extractor spring pressure fix any issues? The ejector dent? The dust cover dent? I was thinking a dual rate recoil spring like on the s12 Turn it on a lathe with a positive stop on the light spring, have the secondary kick in a half inch before the ejector, could also build in a recoil buffer if desired. From what I understand the saiga .223 is 1:9.3
  17. Meh with the bolt buffer in there I might leave it as is! Where did you get the complete spring assembly? As I shoot more 5.56 as its available cheap and often. Does the Wolff slow down the brass issue at all?
  18. My only complaint would be the gas system! I have not shot .223 out of mine but my 5.56 brass is moving so fast that occasionally it tears the space time continuum and ends up in another place or time? That and the AK dent, the marks on the rear trunion from the bolt and carrier (the bolt doesn't receive all the force but sees its own weight force) I now have a buffer installed but an adjustable or proper gas system would have been nice. Once my year is up it will probably be converted and I will make an adjustable system just like the s12 knob. Works fine with the buffer, will probably buy th
  19. Ok if you count... How long have you own each gun? How do you count each round? When my dad came up, a case of shells was opened and a case of clays, we went at it till we were bored. Somewhere between 50 and 150 rounds were fired, maybe more maybe less? I have over 1k shotshells right now. Same thing with my other saiga, my .223 I will honestly put 20rd boxes through it over and over, don't keep track, I reclaim about 3/5ths of my brass so I could count that on the .223. Where we shoot clays most of the hulls go off a cliff. I've put cases of ammo through the s12, many boxes of .223 through t
  20. I was once told by Walmart in Anderson California that price is based off competition and distance to competition. Two walmarts 15-20 miles apart had way different prices, the one with competition close by was way cheaper
  21. I drive to the woods! Just sent 40 rounds down today, 50 yesterday .223 tho. I will send 300 to 500 rounds down range when I plan ahead
  22. If still available when I get my taxes I'm buying two!
