  1. The F/A M11 with a Lage upper is a very good "entry" level gun---I like mine better then my F/A Uzi when I had it (and its about half the cost...). Needless to say I'd do it all over again without thinking twice....fun gun!!!!
  2. Got my tracking number (with delivery set for Oct 1---Wed)...from orders EV-1736 and EV-1869 so Mike is defintely working fast
  3. Well that was fast....I just checked his site and it says "0 available"....
  4. All that with the Tromix name right on the page....I'm interested to hear what Tony has to say also....
  5. Is that an offer for video I'd sure love to see a couple videos of this thing in action
  6. I don't think a MONK should be discussing "the traditional finger method" It just sounds wrong for some reason
  7. Wow what a loss...he was a funny dude!! I must agree with Bob that while I didn't agree with all of Carlin's points of view I couldn't argue with his presentation-he'd make me laugh--he'll be missed..
  8. I'd say its a must! Check out his vids www.max-11.com I'd agree when the $$$ allows (of course get on the list NOW---since it costs nothing to have a place in line...)!!! I was on the Max-11 list BEFORE I even found/bought my M11/9...great fun to have the stock buzzgun and then put on the Lage upper and have a VERY controllable hole puncher! High quality stuff that Lage stands behind too...
  9. ummmm Mac's... You got yourself a nice package there!!! And plenty of time to save up on ammo....sooooooooo are you going to get the Lage slow fire upper for your toy??
  10. The whole "registered in multiple calibers" thing is almost a "selling" point---you'll see it with Uzis all the time yet most people just run them in 9mm and BATF does NOT require a letter or any change to the the form for a "temporary" change---meaning as long as you have the ability to change back to the original/registered configuration you are good to go. Yes the M16 is considered very desirable since you can have rifle rounds and then swap out to 9mm or 22 uppers....of course that also means you pay the price.... If you have a M11/9 that you can afford I'd say go for it---no there aren'
  11. Mike you have NOTHING to be sorry for at all!!!! I can only speak for myself BUT I'm sure many here share the feelings----I noticed that you hadn't been on for a while and was concerned that something happened/was going on in your life that was taking you away from what you enjoy---you have always struck me as someone that had their priorities straight and that you would take care of yourself/family first and then get back to your other family here.....this was exactly the case and I'm glad to hear that your mom is on the mend. It again says a lot about you and what you stand for---I know th
  12. I'm worried/wondering too (that's why I posted in the thread about him having internet problems since I didn't want all the BS to swirl)....just wondering if he's OK....seems odd for him not to have logged in with as responsive/informative as he is....
  13. Mike---are you back on-line?? Your profile looks like you haven't been on for a couple of weeks... I feel lost if I don't have high speed access at home for a couple of days (bad service but only option I have....)---weeks and I'd be :cryss:
  14. If there are any mags left on Sunday I'll pick a few up for you and ship them to you for a nominal fee of $75 each shipped Edit to add: this is NOT a sale attempt but simply playing with Norty's joke listed above....(for those that take things a little too seriously...)
  15. It shoots 10 hot rounds, 10 cold rounds wears a parachut......duhhhh :haha: It's the super secret ninja drum--it has powers that you can't even understand!
  16. MCASgt is absolutely correct about double sided---if you print your forms single side they WILL get kicked back...just print one side and then flip it over in the printer and print side two (if your printer won't do double sided on it's own...) if you don't want to just order them from ATF... As for the C&R FFL # on the forms---I've seen guys put it on there but it doesn't seem to help or hurt...guess it's just if you want to put it on then go ahead---the only time that I would think it would be "required" would be if you were buying a transferable C&R NFA item without using a deal
  17. Nope just 5 left after I got my 2....
  18. Interesting that you should ask that---we have been carrying Sig 226/229 in 9mm (+p+ rounds) since the department went to semi-autos from revolvers and in the last five years or so it just seems like most of our shootings did NOT result in death or even a stopping of the aggressive act of the bad guy----needless to say there was a lot of "loss of confidence" in this particular issue weapon.....just recently we have finally heard the word that this fall when we recert we will be going to Sig 40's.... Now before people flame away about shot placement/poor shooting by most cops---the shootings t
  19. Geez Bob has some "harsh" words for Mike Hasn't Mike already said that he's addressed these two issues---easier feeding and "flipping" the Made in USA??? Guess Bob's "1st" review was correct--he doesn't have any criticism By the way Bob---thanks for my type of review---short, sweet, to the point and NOT sugar coated :super:
  20. As somebody that's on a few gun accessory waiting lists and has purchased "new" items after a wait I must say I'm VERY impressed with the way Mike is doing things!!! Communication is the key to doing these things right and for Mike to "include" us in the process is fan-f-ing-tastic!!! I know it doesn't eliminate the 1000's of emails for him (because some people can't read posts to a board like this ) BUT for the masses this let's us know that our money, faith and patience is well placed!!! Great update and improvements

    Tromix 8" vs 10"

I can hear the ad now..."Are you tired of that unsightly hand and wrist hair? Are you tired taking the time to shave or the pain of waxing?? Well the answer is the Tromix 8"--in a FLASH no more unsightyly hand and wrist hair"

    Tromix 8" vs 10"

What's the fun in that?? It's not like eyebrows have any REAL purpose
  23. Man you got your drums mixed up---this one isn't the doorstop!!!!! :haha:
  24. Will the $200 tax be required for that SHORT barrel I'm just thankful that Tony goes with "his gut" on deciding what to produce over the internet folks asking for products (like thongs.... )
  25. I just grateful that Tony has Melissa now....while we all NEED this t-shirt we NEED Tony building guns not running a clothing business Great job on the shirts Jugg and nice addition to the stable Tony!!!
