I understand that Izhmash has to make the Saigas "sporty" to follow import laws. So we here in the states must convert using the proper amount of US made parts. Questions is, why are WASR'S and other foreign made(non-Russian) AK's ok to bring in as is?? Am I wrong about that?? Or do people convert WASR's(and other AK variants)the way we do Saigas?? THANX!!!

I will add somthing else though, if down the line you decidd to get a tactical mag release the Surefir's LRBHO will prevent it from falling cleanly out. I was thinking of making modification to one of mine but am not sure how this will effect the mags preformance, any thoughts???

Just shot my Maverick 88 yesterday...shoulder still sore. I love variety to. It has made me curious about getting a S12 with the gas piston system.
