Current always takes the path of least resistance - when there's a nice big piece of conductive metal to pass through, it ain't gonna try to go through a relatively resistant human body - besides, the voltage is insufficient at that amperage. Now that would have been funny! I've been shocked many times by my circular saw, at work, in the rain. Should I play the lottery? I know a guy that worked in "Power" that had his boots blown off!
