A formal Request For Gabe Suarez to do a S-12 exclusive video.
Racecar_Guy replied to Juggernaut's topic in Saiga-12
I would love a S12 video. I've been very impressed with his other AK videos. -
Received my plug July 2. Thanks!

Am I the only person who hasn't gotten his gas plug from ordering a first round drum? Nope. Just have patience. It will eventually come.

In Texas there is no waiting period or registration, just the 5 minute NCIS check done with the 4473 required by the ATF. -
Got mine today too. Sucks I got to work all week before I can play with it.

The Electoral College does not vote until sometime in mid-December I believe. If he is deemed ineligible before then, he will not be a possible choice for the EC to cast a vote for. If its afterwards and the EC already voted him in, then Biden would then become Pres and Pelosi would be bumped to VP.

Stag Arms lower receiver ?'s
Racecar_Guy replied to Racer 27's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
I have 2 AR-15s built on Stag Arms lowers, and built one for my father on a Stag lower. All top notch receivers. The last one I bought was going for $119 at one of the Houston Gun Shows, this was pre-election though. -
I did my first SBR (10.5" AR-15) using a Trust. Quicken Willmaker is really inexpensive, less than $20 when I got it. When using Willmaker, I used a Living Trust - Basic Trust. It will pretty much walk you through everything. Please read your State Laws about Trusts, each state is a little different. In Texas, all I had to do was get it notarized to be legal, but every state is different.

I believe he is referring to modding the 2nd hook into a trigger over-travel stop.

Obtaining my own FFL
Racecar_Guy replied to NataSS Inc's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
Hey NataSS Inc, recognize you from FRRAX. Title II This is the best site for ATF forms that I have found. . Printed out my Form 1 from there to make my first SBR, it came back approved. Appears I havent been there in a while and it looks like most Forms arent working. Here are links from the ATF's site: ATF Form 1 ATF Form 3 -
When they are available for sale the button will be there. It drove me nuts the first time I went there and I couldn't figure out what to do, then one day the button was there because of some cancellations in the first run. I clicked it, then the wait begun.

I have not installed the pad or the adapter, but my guess would be the screw holes on the pad are farther apart than the stock screw locations, therefore requiring an adapter.

If you have the cover off, see if you can push the hammer down. I have once seen a reassembly (not sure how they did it), but the hammer was not caught by the trigger when the bolt carrier was in the locked position. It caused the hammer to get caught up on the underside of the bolt carrier. By pushing the hammer down, it got caught again, and allowed for free movement of the bolt carrier group.

Got a link as to where to place an order for some?

You can rent one from Dinzag http://dinzagarms.com/tools/tkr.html Those are just dies, if he is making his own muzzle brake, he is probably trying to make the threads on the inside of the brake, so he needs the tap. M22 x .75 tap is not going to be cheap. The few places I've ordered taps from, do not even carry that size.

Mine are stamped on the body as well.
