  1. I used brake cleaner in the past but the fumes are too much. A better solution is Oil Eater or Crud Eater available at Costco. I used it to remove cosmoline from a Yugo magazine and it came right off. You rinse off with water, dry and apply light oil to prevent rust. Use gloves to protect your skin from drying out. This is a very easy solution.
  2. You can go to the West Systems website. They are a maker of epoxy resin and have online guides. I am not advertising for them but they're the only large epoxy maker that I know about. http://www.westsystem.com/ss/
  3. I hope that Jim Hardie gets a good job for dealing with the three racist cowards who bully white pasengers. The police chief said that he doesn't recommend anyone else doing what Jim did. Typical leftist appointed police chief. Had the chief risen through the ranks, he wouldn't have said such tripe.
  4. I had to fit my magazine as well. I also took a fired Russian steel casing and hand cycled it to smooth out the sticking spots and get the magazine to function flawlessly.
  5. Mah attah shmolanit? מה אתה שמאלנית? I'm not perfect at Hebrew but I could swear you just asked if I was a liberal? I'm allowed to swear, ya know. I've actually used urine in a bottle to clean out an ak75. it works better than water on the corrosive primed ammunition. Ha. It was a joke. Just making sure you were not flying orange flags. I know what you mean with using urine to clean weapons. The smell is terrible though. Actually a leftist not a liberal but close my Brother. Actually it says are you a leftist (female)?
  6. Jesse Jackoff is nothing but a leftist charlatan who makes him millions extorting companies with his Operation Push and Rainbow Coalition. He keeps blacks on the DemocRAT plantation and supports communist and Arab despots. He tried to extort NASCAR but they told him to go to hell. If I or anyone else tried to pull his stunt we would be doing time for extortion.
  7. I saw a Chinese concept aircraft carrier which had a double hull and two flight decks. They are building their military with some exotic weapons. They'll get V/STOL aircraft from the Russians or the Obamanable Muslim will give them the technology to develop them.
  8. The Air Force is making a big stink about some airmen acting like fools while a spy drone fell into Iran's hands without any investigation. Sounds like some Muslim insider allowing the drone to fall into the Iranian Islamic hands.
  9. Heavily armed? What an exaggeration by the press (as usual) against gun owners. To think that Massachusetts was the birthplace of liberty and the American revolution. How revolting they have become with their draconian gun laws.
  10. The 10/22 is a great American rifle. They are reliable and can be modified in numerous ways. Mine has a retractable stock which I made before Tapco made theirs. (I wasn't the first to do it someone in Michigan did it first with a straight line stock.) I also added Tech Sights aperture sights. Combined with a 50 round Ram Line you have a high capacity plinker. I also like the Armscor AK-22 which looks like a tacky AK (at least when shouldered) which is also reliable and you can get 25 round magazines for it. You can make the stocks look more like a AK with a little sanding.
  11. My vote would be for the .22 LR. The other calibers are great as well but with the high cost of ammo and a 12 year old who loves to shoot the .22 is my choice. He loves to shoot .223 and 7.62.x39 but it's getting expensive.
  12. Looking at the Centerfire Systems website, the AK22 is an Armscor rifle made in the Philippines and with a little work on the wood it can look more like an AK. My friend has one of them and it's reliable and when shouldered it feels like an AK. It's a nice gun to shoot. I like it second to the Ruger 10/22 for a plinker especially with the cost of ammo. I regret not buying a WASR 22 when they were $199 because ammo was cheap in 2005 but the AK22 is a good .22 rifle companion to the AK or Saigas.
  13. I want one and also want the Saiga .22 with it. The revolver rifle looks neat like something for cowboy or western shooters.
  14. I saw this on Vance's Shooting Supply flier when I was in Columbus, Ohio. Sounds like something I would want to use against Hajjis who are much more dangerous (and disgusting) than zombies. This is the right ticket to send them to meet their so called allah.
  15. This is another anti gun scare tactic for the anti gun Nazis to try to disarm us, The Obamanable Muslim is the most hostile to gun owners and is trying to pass the UN Small Arms Treaty which will disarm us. I pray that he's out of the White House and we get anti Progressive legislators who will correct the Constitution and eliminate the international agreements superseding the Constitution.
  16. Ball bearings are extremely hard to last a long time in service and may be harder than the barrel steel. I don't have a materials lab to test the hardness but it's not a good idea to use them.
  17. That tutorial has been around for a while. I wouldn't mind an AK in .22LR but I won't spend hundreds of dollars for one either. My friend has an AK-22 made by Armscor in the Philippines and it is reliable. It looks tacky but with a little sanding the butt stock it can look more like an AK and when shouldered, it feels like an AK except for the lack of recoil and loud rifle report. GSG made the mistake with their AK and as a result the price came down.
  18. NoDak Spud make great AK receivers including RPKs and Yugos. My question is how to build with a US made barrel: 1. How do you drill the gas port hole and what size hole? 2. How do you press the gas block and front sight block on the barrel? I've seen tutorials about pressing the barrel into the trunnion using a hydraulic press but the gas block is more critical for operating the rifle. Do any US barrel makers sell barrels drilled for the gas port and do any suppliers sell the barrels ready to press into the trunnions? That would make life a lot easier for builders.
  19. I remember seeing the Kel Tec 2000 in 9mm sold there in a gun store which said it needs a pistol permit since it was under 30" folded. Michigna has an idiotic law thanks to the Ku Klux Klan which requires getting a permit to purchase a handgun from the police station which is good for ten days then the handgun or folding rifle under 30" has to be registered with the police in ten days. Trouble is that you only have certain work hours that you can get a permit and register the gun and some cities like Pontiac only do it one day a week. If you see a handgun at a show, you have to wait for the
  20. With the Obamanable Muslime in the White House it wouldn't surprise me if the hackers were arrested instead of the child molesting perverts. The only thing positive that criminals do in prison is kill off or brutally beat child molesters. They don't like competition from the outside. Unfortunately, thanks to subversives like the ACLU the child molesters are separated in a different area in the prisons instead of being sent to the general population where they would get their due. When I lived in Michigan, the Wayne County Sheriff (Detroit area) had an internet child molester task fo
  21. The libturds destroyed jobs for many and that's why I left Southern California. I lost my home and many of the productive people including native born Californians have moved away from the Land of Fruits and Nuts to saner grounds. Now they mostly have are libturds and illegal aliens instead of people who would contribute to the area. In the early 90s many states came to attract companies to move to their state where they weren't heavily regulated and taxed. The state did nothing to give counter incentives for them to stay.
  22. Shotgun News publishes articles on any kind of gun and small arms ammunition. It's more about the advertisers who sell guns, parts ammo and other shooting related stuff. They publish these magazines with the articles published in the previous months in their tri monthly issues.
