I normally have about 500rds of .308, 250rds of 45acp, and 500 12guage mixed slugs/bird/buck. Is that enough?? NO!! But, that's all I've got the money for right now. When I have more cash I will buy reloading equipment to really stack up. Especially on 308. That stuff is expensive, but its a great long range round that works perfect in my Saiga 308 battle rifle and my deer rifle.

This actually is not a bad idea. If you don't want to save the ring and use it next time , you could at the least save the stones and the next time you need a ring have a jeweler use the stones to make a new ring

I think having a man cave is awesome. Its not about shoving all your stuff into one space, its about having a space that is ALL YOURS. I have huge living room speakers, tools in the garage, a workshop, etc. but I also have a den that is MY man cave. It has a pool table, guitars, guns, and NOBODY goes in there except for me and whoever I invite in. And when I have kids it will stay that way. That is MY space, and that's the point of my man cave. It's not that I don't have cool stuff in the rest of the house, just that I have one space that is totally mine.

Spring loaded vs just using natural inertia is a big difference. Unfortunately in California it is illegal either way because it is considered a trigger actuator (??) because it creates bursts of shots.

Definately lead, I can remove chunks from the piston and rings of it from within the gas block. As for the liquid lead spray on the rails from the ports in the gas plug I have never seen anything like it and lead remover took it off I seriously doubt that it is lead. Lead remover would take most stuff off. Chunks/crud build up in the gas system from any ammo even the steel shot I have to use at some ranges. Its just accumulation of powder residue and other crap, some ammo is worse than others. Lead has to get pretty hot to melt into a liquid form, and I have shot hundreds of slugs thro
