One year after a grand old evening of fireworks I thought I was being efficient by picking up all of the spent hulls of various fireworks that we had set off. I have a Trijicon Accu Point 1-4x24 I'm going to mount on my 16" barreled 308, hopefully the medium Weaver skeleton rings will work for this setup. For my 22" barrel 308 I'm going to buy a Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50 to assist with some distance shooting. I would imagine I'll need at least the high rings to clear the rear sight.

They are reasonably priced, perhaps I'll purchase the medium and high rings to see where I'll end end. Thanks for the info.

Sgt. Raven, I've been kicking around the idea of buying the MI 30mm scope mount you are using, it appears to mount the scope as low as possible. From your use/experience with it, does it center the scope on your rifle? I have an MI side rail scope mount that when mounted on one of my 308's it places the scope to the right of center when looking down the top cover. Thanks in advance.

This is an awesome M4 stock adapter for the AK, I recently mounted one on my 16" Saiga 308 and the fit and finish is second to none. I will be picking up a couple more for my other projects in the near future.

Made my second 308 build parts purchase from Dinzag and received the items in less than one week. Thank you Sir for the quick shipment, I will be converting this weekend.

Here's something to keep in mind, when installing your system make sure you place the recorder/DVR in a somewhat discreet location. A friend of mine installed a system and placed the DVR in his living room next to his TV. He further put a seperate monitor on it that was usually left on so that while he was sitting in his living room he could see who was coming up to his house. As much fun as it shooting it and at the same time hating every minute doing it was my buddy's Ruger 458 Lott single shot rifle. This rifle has the lightest trigger pull I've ever shot, of the five rounds I fired through it each round surprised me when it went off and I had a bruised shoulder for a week. Not really sure why he bought it though he does have some odd/expensive caliber weapons in his collection but I see no practical use for this rifle.

I think it makes the rifle look classy. That being said, I just recently removed and sold my red Timbersmith stock set and returned my Arsenal back into a black evil weapon. I found myself not wanting to shoot the rifle as I was afraid I was going to muck up the beautiful furniture. Looks good though.

This is fucking amazing, it truly doesn't pay to play by all the rules. I'm so glad I work my ass off so that I can pay for some illegal aliens niece and nephews in another country. I took mine out two weekends back and fired just the way it came out of the box with the exception of a different rear stock. The first 10 shots were Rio Royal 00 buck using the factory Vepr magazines with no issues. I then fired another 5 rounds of Rio using a 10 round SGM magazine flawlessly. I decided to switch loads and loaded 5 rounds of Winchester Super Speed #8 shot, 1 oz, 1350fps using the factory magazine and it cycled them without issue. I loaded the SGM magazine with 10 rounds of the #8 shot and all but one round (FTE) fired great. Not sure if I loosened my grip a little on the
