Hornardy superformance 150 gr sst, every one wants to know what the saiga 308 can do, but they shoot the cheapest shit they can find, I've shot all kinds of ammo thru my saiga and it loves Hornardy . My bolt action colt loves federal blue box (cheap ammo)

Post more pics, some of the bolt ( different angles) and some of the receiver without the bolt in it ( different angles) also where was the bolt stuck at? In battery? Towards the rear?

Need pics. If the mag blew up and the bolts stuck it sounds like something more than a slam fire

I was at the KC gunshow yesterday and most saiga 12s were around $900-$1000, found one for $730. But I don't think I could justify spending that much, keep an eye on gunbroker and midwestguntrader every now and then you can catch a good deal

no pics , but, if you take off your dust cover and pull the bolt and carrier out look down at the trigger, there will be two springs running back from the hammer, there supposed to be on both sides of the trigger. One of mine had jumped outa place and landed in the middle of the trigger, it was letting the gun cycle by hand but was pushing the hammer up against the carrier so hard when it was fired it was cuasing failure to eject every round. At first I thought it was the plug (I was pissed) but upon inspection I saw the spring had jumped, put it back were it goes, and she runs great

I had the same problem, tore the she saiga apart and noticed the hammer spring had jumped from where it was supposed to be, to the middle of the trigger . worth a look

I've seen head space gauges take chunks outa the chamber in the same place while head spacing, I don't think it will hurt anything. that being said I don't know of anyone that makes an AK barrel with "feed ramps in it". where did you get the gun?

yea, im not quite following you. the adapter is aluminum, so good luck welding. plus theres nothing wrong with the design, it locks up TIGHT. if you wanna remove it use allen wrenches, I thought you had some insight on a receiver they had produced with the bastdr built in . lol what a let down

looks like the front sight is on backwards in the last 2 photos, looks better without the iron sights, nice looking shotty! lets us know how she runs

plus 1!!! I have a jard trigger and red star. I prefer the red star. just follow the instructions. get it were you like it and drop super glue on the head of the screws.
