  1. More than likely that it is 4130 carbon steel like high quality receiver blanks. I would contact Tony and see what he could do for you. If you went another route you may void Tony's warrenty. Sometimes stuff like that happens prob no ones fault good luck getting it fixed post some pics that way others can look to see if they may have that happan on theres.
  2. Hell yeah Psee .410s are fun you love it. Remember rusmiltary says 10 rounders coming in mid January order now.
  3. Same Abe Froman from socom 2 online?
  4. I would vote for the saiga. Do the conversion and you will have a true russian receiver Ak versus a romainian parts kit built on a receiver blank. The saiga you will not have to worry about the barrel being shot out like you may find on a wasr or parts kit.
  5. I love my .410 except for the price of ammo, The recoil is very low and the accurcacy is pretty good when shooting slugs, But given the supply of 12s slowing down, ammo is cheaper both have there share of + and - My advice would be both if possible. Good luck on your decision. Welcome to the forum.
  6. Looks like he stock a tapco straight stock and used the bottom screw to mount a tapco sks grip 2 U.S. parts, looks strange though, watch your other parts count http://www.tapco.com/proddesc.aspx?Id=6385...a4-8b98d47852ef

  12. Is there any way you guys can secure any special motel pricing around the area?
  13. Mine were drilled allready and came with 2 Allen screws. I had to loctite the screws though to keep tight.
  14. That stock is a non folder, I have like it on my .410 but i like it.

  16. Hometown is Perris California now livng in Sharpsburg Georgia
  17. I don't think the OP was asking about the top of the forearm. The ultimak uses c-clamps to mount directly to the barrel and only a few lower handguard allow clearance of those. A man with a dremel can make anything fit (once). They Galil handguards factory height is higher than the top of the gas tube so the picture shows the approximate height to which it would need to be cut down to allow it to fit and be able to install the barrel clamp to secure it.
  18. You could trim the Galil handguard down to fit. Sorry for the quality of picture. This was a picture of the front page of the Tapco. catalog.
  19. It was probaly a water snake of some kind. All water snakes have a musk gland that they secrete a foul smelling fluid when they feel threatend.
  20. Same thing around here. People always call a brown water snake (Nerodia taxispilota) a cottonmouth (Agkistrodon piscivorus) I've had my share of snakes over the years everything from garter snakes to reticulated pyhtons, anacondas, and rattlesnakes. I don't like hearing of people killing them unless they present an immediate danger. If not let them crawl away. Brown water Cottonmouth
  21. Boredom got the best of me this morning. I adapted a MP5 handguard to my .410 fits tight and snug. probaly melt though it came of a airsoft. lol
