  1. That's pretty funny. I hope it's not much the worse for the wear, if it is your old gun. Acer
  2. And to take the taste of bile out of all of our mouths.... And a beautiful set of owls.. Happy belated bday! Acer
  3. Um, that's already "converted". The FCG is already forward... Although, the slanted trunnion could cause some problems with finding other stocks. I've heard Vepr stocks fit. Sorry if I'm possessed by Capt. Obvious here... Acer
  4. OR Trim the front of the second hook to act as an overtravel stop.... Acer
  5. Just say it, the cows get fisted. And they probably like it. Reminds me of a friend of mine who still has a lot of his childhood innocence who once said in regards to the ethics of artificial insemination, "Yeah, but is it still fun for the animals?" Laughing, Acer
  6. Hahaha, Dave, that's an awesome score for that much work! Acer
  7. Yeah, seemed like the face kinda resembled a chow. He'd probably be like the fifth cousin's uncle, twice departed or something. But yeah, like Cobra said, cute pup! Acer
  8. Usually you can't edit posts in the for sale section to prevent people from jacking with the prices. Least that's what I've heard... Acer
  9. Huh, my brother showed this to me just yesterday. I got an 8 on my first try, same as him. Guess us young'uns have the jump on you old farts in one category. Acer
  10. I'd be surprised if it didn't have a little German Shepherd in it. Other than that, no idea. Chow? Maybe? Acer
  11. Man, I'd love to come, but it'd be a bit of a hike for me. But whenever me and my brother plan a road trip, we'll definitely plan a stop up there! Have fun! Acer
  12. I've got a Marlin Papoose with the case, and it's only probably 17" or 18" end to end. Definitely not 23"+ And I'd say it's prolly only 8" or so wide. hope that helps, Acer
  13. Optical illusion, dude. Lay them on top of each other and look at them from the side. They'll be the same size. The front of the mag is shorter because the front end of the round is smaller... Acer
  14. Not that I'd know, having been home schooled, and not married or having kids, but I'd see what the mini WJs think of it. Maybe you can delay the move until Christmas break or something so at least it's not right in the middle of the semester. Just a thought, Acer
  15. What's y'alls thoughts on the Walther G22? I've been eyeing them at the last few gun shows, but have heard a few people say they're nothing great. Acer
  16. Yay. Big brother now can use "battle tested" as a pro when they want to start using it on our soil. Lovely. Now I'm off to get some latex face molds and practice my alternative walking styles to throw off the algorithms. Paranoid, Acer
  17. Dude. That has got to be the funniest thing I've heard all week. Granted it's only Monday night, but still. Acer
  18. There's a little wire on the left side of the gun (on the inside) that holds those two pins in. It's commonly called the shepherd's crook, or retainer wire. Pull that, and the pins should practically fall out. Hope that helps, Acer ETA: clarification
  19. What exactly are we looking at? Looks like jig for something, but heck if I can tell what for. Curiously, Acer
  20. That's interesting news. I've always used the unit metric shitton, but I think I like the metric assload better. Acer
  21. Also, consider the cartridge. 7.62x39 is hardly a "sniping" round. JMHO... Acer
