  2. Swap it our for a replacement picked up from a local range, then keep it.
  3. You could take a bit off your ejector so the casing doesn't elect as early.
  4. I would never have guessed. The problem is, the hunting of snipe, referred to by some as sniping, is a badly misunderstood sport. The choice of tools for the endeavor is a highly personal one. Some go out armed with only a burlap bag and a flashlight.
  5. If you installed a buffer in your Saiga-12 and you have cycling problems, the FIRST thing you want to do is REMOVE the buffer. Read the SAIGA service tips on Tony's site: Tromix.com Tony's S12 Tips
  6. They'd be ideal in a tube mag shotty. You'd get a few extra in there. Now, feeding ok might be a problem.
  7. +1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For a semi, an M1A/M14. What I want to know is what is the best .25ACP pocket gun for sniping through heavy cover at 500 yards? My point is the Saiga .308 is a good tool, but there are better tools for that purpose. If you are indeed interested in using a firearm for sniping, your unit will most likely issue you the correct equipment. You wouldn't want to use a butter knife to carve a roast. You'd use it for spreading butter.
  8. I sedond that and my Dad does too. We each have one. Very nice guns.
  9. Mike: Thank you for your ultimate sacrifice so your team may fight another day. We remain free because rough men stand ready. Pro Patria Vigilans! Patriot

  11. OPEN OFFER: I will take over for ANYONE who does not want to wait for Mike's drum. Just PM me and we can work it out. No you won't make any money from me. You will break exactly even. If you are going to be a PITA, don't waste my time. I believe in Mike's product. I have witnessed prototype testing. It is real. It WORKS.
  12. Probably the magazine catch. The height of the latch varies quite a bit from gun to gun.
  13. Which would you rather have? RIGHT or right now? Patience my child, patience. Good things come to those who wait.
  14. I shoot mine iether from the hip using my arms as a shock absorber, or one handed, depending on situation/load. It's a crowd pleaser, that's for sure!
  15. I BOUGHT that truck as a gun cart! Seriously. Here's a few more pics from the shoot.
  16. Don't waste the fence. It's like teaching a fish to ride a bicycle...a complete waste of time.
  17. Anyone know who might have some stock 19" Saiga-12s? I have a good friend who is a dealer who is looking.....
  18. You want it right, or do you want it now? Quality takes time. Especially with a new product. Mike is doing his best to make this thing as good as it gets. He won't send out a half-assed product and then tell you it's your problem when it doesn't work. Please don't bug Mike. Wait for the quality. It'll be worth it. If you want out, I'm sure there are MANY who will give you your money and take your place in line.
  19. Nice .69 caliber rifle! That would be loads of fun at the range when the fudds are "sighting in" their deer rifles! Wear a flak vest! Hint: BP 12ga loaded with a .69 cal roundball are a LOT of fun!
  20. The drum test Sunday went VERY well. We shot the following ammo with NO trouble. WOLF 00 Power Buck, Estate heavy field, Federal Premium max buck, Remington target, Remington MAG 4, Win super X, Win Super Speed, Fed heavy field, Fed Upland, Speer Lawman HP Slug. I think I named them all. Some of the ammo we fired is no longer manufactured, but we wanted the widest variety of ammo possible. NO magazine-related malfunctions at full spring tension. We even fired and rotated the gun through 360 degrees with no trouble. The magazine fit and functioned beautifully in 4 different
