Start up money for the Gestapo. I have been thinking that they were going to use this money for some sort of operation like that. I just hadn't heard about this civilian defense force until just now. It's not a big deal he was just talking about expanding volunteer work for local programs. Just talking about being more aware and sympathetic of our surroundings in general.
