theturtlepond 31
That a great price. Even better than what I could get a parts kit for.
GregM1 241
here is an article from bbc that says russia is stopping the purchase of kalashnikovs until a new model is released. the final line says.... "The plant would seek to increase exports and step up hunting rifle production in the meantime, the representative added." http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-15076757

nlacy 692
So what's the "new model" going to be, and does it mean that they will eventually stop the saigas as we know them?
Fallschirmjager667 729
the new model might be the ak200 series, and i doubt they will stop producing saigas
armalite_ar50 86
This is great news. to bad I'm not needing one. But for the people that are get 'em while they are cheap. I sold a AMD 65 parts kit last spring for more than 299.00 So for a complete gun that's a great deal. Maybe in a few weeks if they are still that cheap I'll pick one up. Right now it's BATFE tax stamp time again and I have three other gun related projects going on.
YOT 3,743
Hopefully some of the forum vendors step up and follow suit.
