here is an article from bbc that says russia is stopping the purchase of kalashnikovs until a new model is released. the final line says....

 

"The plant would seek to increase exports and step up hunting rifle production in the meantime, the representative added."

This is great news.

to bad I'm not needing one. But for the people that are get 'em while they are cheap.

 

I sold a AMD 65 parts kit last spring for more than 299.00

 

So for a complete gun that's a great deal.

 

Maybe in a few weeks if they are still that cheap I'll pick one up.

Right now it's BATFE tax stamp time again and I have three other gun related projects going on.
