Remember...our tax dollars fund PBS and their Marxist totalitarian agenda.

It's a free country you can say what you want, pisses me off that they use my taxes dollars to do it....time to pull out the defund PBS letters and resend them to my representatives.

CPB funding 2014= $445.5 Million

Isn't it strange. Isn't it queer. "Toto ... I don't think we are in Kansas anymore!" This makes me wonder exactly who I am since my personal opinion is that the NRA is part of the problem and not part of the solution. The NRA has signed off on, (meaning they AGREED to it!) on every major Federal piece of ANTI GUN legislation since the Gun Control Act of 1968.

In my view the NRA is the enemy ... with their intent to slowly back pedal away and slowly surrender our 2nd Amendment rights. Yep. But this is just me and to have the NRA attacked by PBS or other Commie organizations is funny. They say the NRA is pro gun. I am saying in my view, (my opinion only) the NRA is anti gun. Very strange. A level of degree fur sures.

HB of CJ (old coot) So ... what does that make me? A knee jerk reactionary? A Rip Van Winkle? A Dinosaur? Humm. Am I comfy with this? Actually ... YES!! Are we better off today than we were in 1967? Duhh. You decide. sad.pngsad.png

I mentioned to my wife, just yesterday, that the "Antis" would have steamrolled our gun-rights years ago if it weren't for the NRA.

They will keep getting my support and money!

And several other Pro-2nd Amendment Organizations, GOA, here in Pa FOAC is big factor in Harrisburg.

Expanded Castle Laws,

Also this new law

I'm an NRA member, the NRA has done a good job lately, but back in 94 they went soft and many members sent Lifelong cards back to them. The NRA learned its lesson I hope

Is there a state 2nd Amendment in Washington you can reach out to...?

Donate your time and extra cash to it if you can.

Which brings me to another point,

I made a $20 donation to this website couple days ago, hope others will do the same... I think its good business supporting those who support us.

I have never sent money to PBS nor will I ever. With that said……I do enjoy most of their programs….but this is one I will not.

My 2 favorite shows on T.V. are on PBS….Nova and Nature. and the Nazi Mega Weapons series was kick ass too.

They do have great programs and all commercial free.  Too bad they have to air this " Gunned Down" garbage.

I won't watch it so I don't care. But I will continue to watch their other fine programs.

Remember...our tax dollars fund PBS and their Marxist totalitarian agenda.

I was under the impression PBS is strictly funded by donations.

CPB is funded solely by donations except for the $450 million a year in taxpayer funding, and of course advertising.  And don't tell me those are not ads.

Fuck CPB.  Socialist asshats taking my taxes and then have the balls to hold their hands out for more.  Fuck CPB.

These media outlets try to present the NRA as if its some private organization with funding from diabolical multi millionaries with agendas to subvert what the people want, instead of accepting that the NRA is funded BY THE PEOPLE. Millions of John Q. Publics donating their hard earned cash to defend themselves against multi billionare manical egomaniacs. If we're going to be grouped into an "evil organization" can't we change our name to something cooler, than NRA? Like Cobra Command or something?

The NRA lost me in '94 or '95. They would really need to prove themselves "re-born / reformed". Grow a rigid spine and some bullocks. Then I and others would come back.

PBS is just doing the same things the other networks are doing. Much of it is more subtle.

I also quit watching T.V. about '94.  They don't call it television programming for nothing.

I haven't watched TV in over 25 years, except for the rare DVD or being over at friends and watching their boob tube. Never seen Mr. Obama give a speech. We did cut up our NRA cards and mailed them back to the NRA when they agreed to the 1968 Gun Control Act.

This goes way back. Back when Sierra Bullets had their retail store in Santa Fe Springs just along the 405 freeway. We used to get group discounts on their .308 150 grain FMJ "seconds" bullets for our Springfields and Garands in the High School Rifle Club. Yep.

Long ago and far away. Edited; forgot to say HB of CJ (old old cold cold coot)

I'll stick with supporting GOA over the NRA.  They have some good commentators now making some waves from those that were on youtube, but I still dont like their FUDD stance.  I will watch those commentators as I watched them before on youtube and they had great video's then before getting any backing.

Yep, the best way we can keep our rights it to fight among ourselves.  Yep, that's the ticket.

Cause if you don't do exactly what I want all the time, then FUCK YOU!!!

And let me add, if you ever did anything I disagree with then FUCK YOU FOREVER!!!!  You'll never do enough things I agree with to ever "win me back".

And did I mention, FUCK YOU!!!

Like so many other things my tax dollars go towards funding, I get no benefit from PBS, mostly because I don't watch it. How cool it would be when filing your taxes each year to have check boxes to designate only which programs your portion of the tax burden could be spent on. That'd be a transformation of America that I could get behind.

I watched last night. I was kinda disappointed in the way NRA was blamed and portrayed as the bad guys in the show. When will people see that you can't stop crazy bastards from killing innocent people without fighting fire with fire?
