    I usually carry a glock 33. The 357sig is a good round other than limited avialbility of ammo and cost.

    Thats what I've heard from a few who were selling converted s12s. Is it not true?

    I assume the barrel thickness of the 24" is thicker than the 19"? When converting either model and cutting the barrel down to min legal length would it be of any advantage to have the thicker barrel? What would be the pros/cons between them?

    I didnt think about the drums. However I dont have any drums and have only been using stick magazines.

    I'm going to add a magwell to my next saiga 12 that is converted. Has anyone ever have welded one on instead of bolying it on? I would think if it was welded on it would look allot better and not come apart.
