  1. if this for a "on the move" then the s-12 stays home as i believe its king for defending entrances and making entrances.i really love the PSL as i can do good work with it,but its a bit heavy and limited for a bug out mbr.for sure i would be carrying my HK usp tac .45 with 4-12rd and 2-20rd mags.then either my MSAR stg 556 or the saiga 5.45.i have more mags and ammo for the saiga, but the MSAR tucks tight and pulls up on target very fast and comfortably so its great for CQB and medium distances(300ish)....actually i have to think of the wife and kid on this as i would hope to god that we would
  2. Fine, but you'd better not be using any of my wood in your campfires. Also, I now own the patent on fire. I'll expect royalties from anyone using my technology. Fine, but you'd better not be using any of my wood in your campfires. Also, I now own the patent on fire. I'll expect royalties from anyone using my technology. the SUN and all the light and heat that reaches us from it now bleongs to me you will be charged a .10 cents for every minute your are in sunlight weather direct or indirect since not every part or the earth is in sunlight at the same time i will also
  3. i have a bho and spring.pm comming.
  4. i probably only carry about 40%(i really should up that# as i feel like its almost of a duty to protect myself/family and innocent others in my surrounding)no holster for me.i carry a makarov and 1-2 spare mags.in the fall/winter it goes in the inside jacket pocket.in the spring/summer it goes in the right side cargo pocket of my shorts.it never realy feels uncomfortable or gets in the way,and its not noticable to others.easy to get to when you need it and stays in place when you dont.however i may look to a more convntional way to carry in the future as right now the method i use is kinda cru
  5. you will for sure like it.i have one on my s-12.beats using the bho and very smooth transitions from safe to fire.
  6. east german is what you will find most of.still kinda hard to find, although the last local gun show there was a guy that had some for real cheap(he didnt know it was for an ak.just misc stuff)
  7. i watched a clip on the hk 416 on futureweapons.the torture tests were awesome.burying it in mud then firing, fully submersed in water then fired, sand thrown in it then fired, dumping a full beta drum on full auto while slowly turning the weapon clockwise upside down then back again while firing and never jamming, then instantly pulling the bolt and holding in his hands showing how cool and clean the gas system is.it truly is pretty bad ass
  8. 'Cause it's more funner than up north! My girl and I made the move last July from NY, and have enjoyed every minute of it so far. Zero complaints. Better weather, generally more gun rights (like beef said) depending on where in the north you lived, lower taxes, etc, etc. Better gun rights Lower taxes Cheaper land and housing Better weather The list rolls on........... ok then i see your guys points.though i dont really live up north im in missouri(more like mason dixon line)dont really have much complaints here.taxes dont seem too bad, housing and la
  9. whats up with a bunch of people moving south?did i miss something?
  10. if i had to bug out right now at this instant, then i would be taking my 5.45x39 saiga.very basic conversion with cleaning kit in the stock and 8 30rd mags loaded.no optics only irons(which have been sighted and tested with the leaf at corresponding distances to 300m)optics are nice in a controlled environment but can and will fail at times in the field(usually when you need it most)and if you dont have a throw lever then that means extra tools to take it off to use your irons.i would be using 7n6 corrosive ammo.its accurate and deadly.i have a cleaning kit but in the heat of the moment i dont
  11. that statement describes the situation perfectly. LMFAO
  12. shi dawg 922r aint shi in da hood an you kno day already fellons,so jus havin dem gats is a big fukup..ya feelin me dawg
  13. i have a 5.45 and 7.62 and they are the same.you need the spring too?
  14. well it looks like you will need a left hand bolt to make it work.and after i tried and saw it jam it became obvious as to why.just like most other guns the extractor is on one side and thats the direction the cases will go.dont know why i thought the bolt would spit them out whichever way i wanted.anyway i looked around a little and saw a typical price of $125 for a left hand bolt, only thing is that most are currently out of stock.maybe you can find a gun with a lefty in it already set up???got my mags in today and they look great!
  15. will do.the e4 version is the one that takes ar mags,i just loved the way the stg 556 looks soooo much exactly like the original AUG,also if you have the stg 556 version you can purchase just the e4 stock that accepts ar mags, its a tad high at $400.its supposed to weigh 7ish unloaded, idk it seems like such a very manipulative(spelling?)package.i just cant stop picking it up and going through the movements with it.(i think my wife belives im having an affair with it)but thats ok it was my birthday present to my self.i have officialy put my m4 up for sale at the local gun shop and declaired this
  16. yes the ejection port can be easily switched to the left, the only thing is that im unsure if you have to buy the left hand bolt to make it work or if the bolt is if you want switch the cocking lever to the right?????i will switch it tomorrow and try to catch some brass in the face for ya and see if thats all you have to do also went to wal mart and bought a box of federal .223 100rd value pack.i had zero probs with this ammo also as it ate it up like candy i cant say enough about how i love the way it feels and how quick it is to shoulder it on target.i would be willing to say that mo
  17. picked up a nib MSAR STG-556 off gunbroker last week.sent off the money order and THEN started to do some research while waiting found out that the standard stg 556 uses only msar mags and are very hard to find, especially for a reasonable price.then while looking i find numerous threads and videos of failure.from jamming and pinching rounds in the chamber to failure to feed of many types, magazines getting stuck in the magwell and complaint of an extremely stiff trigger... wtf did i get myself into well as time pased and my worries stacked the gun finally came in yesterday.i opened up the bo
  18. i somewhat agree with this.while its not politically correct, there is a reason why there is a such a thing as sterio typing and profiling....its because in reality it works.its not like someone is trying to be racist or discriminating, its that 9 out of 10 times its the way to go.no need in subjecting the other 9 when its #10 you need to worry about.when we go to the airport(rarely fly)and there is arabs dressed like they typically dress getting on the same plane as me and my wife, and she gets a little nervous.....well is she a racist or oppressing thoes individuals because she feels uneasy...h
  19. i must say i really enjoy reading political type topics like this and remaining nutral to them.however i must comment and if you want to neg me,well feel free. this country is in a downward spiral.so much so that i believe its to the point of non restoration.we have gotten weak and worry way too much about our world image and trying to act like some goody tushu.the politicians have cared only about their own agendas and not of america its self.its not just a few issues its several issues.ok so on the topic of muslims and their way.when was the last time you murdered somebody who disgraced
  20. very sad indeed.imagine being caught out in it knowing you werent going to make it.what do you think would be going through your head?your loved ones, the fact that your about to drown, ect.its bad enough to have loss of life, but the system shock to yourself knowing your going to die.it would be and is horrible.i will pray for them all.
  21. Your disconnecter didn't engage the hammer. That's not a good thing. It's bad. Any way you're around the Portland area? I can help you take a look at it & see what's going on if you are. If not, what have you had done or done to your FCG? Have you tried to profile the hammer yourself? Tried to mess with the bottom of your carrier? What kind of FCG are you running? Are you running a doublehook? How much has the gun been shot? Gun is all stock about 200 down the pipe I'd send it in for warranty work or convert it. If you're dead set against converting, you could take the FC
  22. if your using a tapco g2,then yes.if your fast enough you most definetly can outrun the disconnector on the g2 causing the hammer to ride the bolt.its happened to me on 2 century builds,3 saiga conversions done by me(2 s-12's 1 762x39)and a yugo m70 built by a local gunsmith.
  23. Have you used one? That sounds good to find a singlestage fcg for 20bucks. My wife likes when i save money. Thanks for the pic buffet. that makes sense. i have the single stage arsenal in my 5.45x39 saiga.its the closest thing to an original with the usa stamping on it.it is very smooth and light.reason why i went this way instead of the tapco g2 is that i can,and sometimes do out run the g2 with my trigger finger doing mag dumps.meaning that the g2 will sometimes fail and the disconnector miss causing the hammer to ride the bolt back.i know what your thimking...he must have gotten
