  1. I received mine yesterday and installed it today. A fine piece of machinery it is although a bit tight threading it in. I was just wondering if there are any tap sets available for ret to retap the threads... nyclu3

  12. Cobra, I've seen the quality of your craftmanship. You take all the time you need to be confident of your product. If people do not have the patience to wait then they can try to develop their own product. People like dinzag, TROMIX, Etac, Mike Davidson, BRG3, yourself and many others don't wait for someone else to come up with a solution. You all engineer, adapt, and overcome to solve the problem, then you test the crap out of it with all variables in mind to result in a superior product. I, along with many other silent ones will be eagerly awaiting the fruits of your labor. I
  13. At that price in this economy, definitely a great bargain as long as it is in good shape. Ask the seller the circumstances of why he is selling it, but if I could find a deal like that it would be mine already! If you need parts and things for conversion, go to dinzag's site and see all the goodies available for it. You will be happy with your steal...sorry, meant to say deal. Good luck. nyclu3

  16. I believe Dinzag had the thread setup for the s-20: http://ww10.aitsafe.com/cf/add.cfm?userid=...ools/tools.html 20x0.75RH He is great to deal with. I've used his products on a few s-12s and my s-20. Very prompt service and quality products. Good Luck Indy! nyclu3
  17. Dude, sorry to hear of your misfortunes... Make sure you get what it is worth! nyclu3
  18. Welding is the cleanest install that you will get, preferably TIG but you can also use MIG and just clean up the weld with a grinding machine. nyclu3
  19. Get whatever is readily available but definitely get BOTH so you won't wonder which one you could have had! I have both. There are more add-ons for the S-12 but many AK-47 parts can be adapted to the S-20 if you are handy with the tools. If not, then Dinzag has many parts available for both. Good luck on your decision... nyclu3
  20. Trigger slap/pull mod, HK sights, AK74 Dinzag brake, MD drum... nyclu3
  21. Signed. This man was brave enough to wear the uniform of his adopted country, put his life on hold to serve us all, and give his life for his comrades in arms. He could have done what many other "aliens" have done, reaping the benefits of our society. Instead he chose to defend the ideals that those who haven't served take for granted. As the son of an immigrant career Navy petty officer and the father of a daughter serving with VRC-40 USN, I understand that many so-called Americans who haven't served or had immediate family member who served don't know the first thing about sacr
  22. Smoke, I think that the clear will get cloudy after the wear and tear of use. My brother got the clear one and it does look nice but my drum came with the smoke. nyclu3
  23. Great story of an amazing kid and a family that is behind him 200 percent! nyclu3
