Got my truck back from the body shop, Got my new Tough Country side steps installed. Got my POSP 8x42 1000m reticle installed on my Vepr .308. Today is a GREAT day.

Well, it happened again. A drunk hit my new truck and rolled his Titan. When he finally came to, he fled on foot. No insurance, no legal tags, and wasn't even a legal citizen of this country. Of course, I'll get screwed and when he is found, obammy will give him a new vehicle and tell him "run along wetback, go and screw somebody else's life up"

Tiger Maple or Black Walnut...Decisions, Decisions

I've got both, but cannot decide which to put on my .308 Vepr. Though Tiger Maple has its unique stripes, have you really looked at the grains in the walnut? The walnut is a solid piece as the tiger is two pieces laminated together. Solid strength for the .308 and the Tiger for the 7.62 AK recoil I'm thinkin'

Laminated is more resistant to the elements that is the other thing too. Laminated is just a pc word for plywood anyway. lol

Traded a WASR 10 for a Robinson Armament Vepr II .308 20.5" barrel. All I can say is WOW!!!! Unbelievable rifle.Them boys over at Molot sure take pride in their work.

Well, my father lost his battle with cancer yesterday.Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. He will be dearly missed. I will post later a brief history on my father and his career in Law Enforcement, and how firearms became a part of my life at a really early age.

My Dad had lung cancer on top of having Asthma. They took out 1/2 of his right lung and he is doing very well. So miracles do happen. Prayers sent
