When I first saw it, I thought it might be some kind of feeler gauge, but the stamp would make it too thick. My next though is the ramp for the rear sight leaf on a revolver, but the (A) is where the screw would go. So maybe some kind of AK specific tool or part I wanted to say sight tool, but then why would the number be important. I'll go with the hammer from a trigger group.
