  1. Shannon, I understand what you are saying and agree for the most part, but there is a possibility that a crime could be committed here, outside of the civil (lawsuit) side of things. Etac does not have to tell them that they are not returning the property or money. I'm not sure how the specific code sections are written in every state, but most states have a section titled "Theft by Conversion." I will touch on a few of the key points as written in Georgia Law, but members will have to check their local laws or the state laws of Hawaii for further details: (A) "A person commits the off
  2. Max, That is standup right there and one of the reasons why you have long time forum members here. Good on you and I'm sure that they will all appreciate the help in this matter. Juggs, Thanks for you help as well and for keeping it real
  3. If I were getting screwed that bad I would at least expect a "reach around".
  4. Wow, you were bored and had a ton of time on your hands. Very nice looking though and a cool way to carry around some extra cord
  5. Here are a few of my revolvers that get the most sunlight at the range
  6. Damn, when did this forum become so critical of everyone else. The man asked several simple questions and get dumped on by a few people about crap that has nothing to do with the original questions. Everyone on this forum should be trying to set an example to the firearms community/forums instead of all of the critical complaining. He asked about a particular gun, not what you thought about his previous creations. No wonder many people are leaving this forum and going to others. Give it a rest already. You may not like his bullpups or other projects, but at least one major manufacturer does. H
  7. What, you've never seen the high desert of Georgia??? It is right below the towering mountains that exceed 4800 feet...
  8. Excellent news. I hope that everything turns out great when you are all finally united as a family again.
  9. Ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto and ditto!! I think that just about covers it
  10. Yes, definately rest in peace. How many young 16 year olds now days would be willing to lie about their age to fight for their country. Not many at all from what I have seen. Times have really changed from then to now and not always for the better.
  11. Yes, I was raised this way and my son will be as well.
  12. Rusty, I had a chance to play with a demo one (60 rounder) a few weeks ago and it appeared to be well made. The weight was typical of two 30 round mags cinched together without the reload. I did not have an extra 30 rounder handy to compare length, but it does not seem to be too much longer. The 100 rounder is obviously much longer. Overall, the mag worked great with no major hiccups and I would consider owning several of the smaller ones for personal or duty use. I just wish the price was much smaller, lol.
  13. Malo, Get a copy of your credit report and make sure that there are is no unusual usage posted with your name. I was denied for a puchase several years ago due to someone using my social security number, but with a different name attached. They had outstanding felony warrants for their arrest, but the warrant listed my SSN. I know that your SSN is not supposed to be used as an identifier, but it is used that way everyday by everyone. It was kind of a pain in the butt to get corrected (filed fraud reports with credit bureau, etc.), but it finally worked its way out in the end. I'm not sayin
  14. I also carry the Kahr daily as a backup and willingly trust my life with it
  15. Very nice and a great pic. Really like the dark red stain that you used.
  16. Boba, I look forward to seeing your next creation. Whether I like it or not, I'll give you the rightfully deserved props for pushing the envelope on your projects and sharing with the rest of us.
  17. +1 OMG, someone call "911!" I think this is the big one, vision blurring, pulse racing, tingling in my left arm. Is it a heart attack or did I just agree with Heath
  18. I know that this is just a play on words, but the difference between the two words are huge. There is no such thing as NON-LETHAL ammunition, but there is such a thing as LESS THAN LETHAL ammunition. Any projectile fired from a weapon has the ability to be lethal, but some are less prone to cause death if used appropriately. And as Azrial stated below, if you ever shot someone with one of your homemade rubber baton loads, you could be looking at some serious ramifications on the far end. Now, if you are just going to load some up for fun, then start with half of your normal powder charge
  19. Let me know if you guys decide to do this one weekend. I'll bring another one and you can double fist them
